http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsme...er/default.mspxAFAIK, myspace is compatable with WMV files. You can create those from source video with the windows media encoder. Just play around with its options, its quite easy. Lower bitrate/lower frame size/shorter video = smaller file.
That is, assuming you have the recorded videos on your computer, such that you can watch them without having a camera attached to your machine. If you don't, you can use Windows Movie Maker to capture the video from a video device (good luck figuring that out), and then easily crop it, add sound, effects, etc.
Movie Maker comes with Windows XP, the encoder doesn't.
Alternately, you can encode your videos as MPEG.
