Just done!!
I added a new forum in the General category. I know some of you have been looking forward to such a things. ^_~ Mwaha, be happy.
I also moved the Spam Forum to the Miscellanious Category. I figured it suited that area more. Hope that doesn't bother anyone terribly much.
