Armor Description:
The latest in a new type of Zoid, the Republic designed the Saberlion for a great deal of mobility and agility and for close range strikes. It's got rather good armor for it's size though it is much smaller than your average cat Zoid. Likely to enhance it's agility, the Saberlion has no armor on it's legs.

Radar Ears- The Saberlion's ears, located on either side of the face, literally act as a form of radar. Due to their position they can only locate stealth Zoids in front of or slightly to the sides of the Saberlion.

High Frequency Blade x3- The large, 7 meter long one is located on the top of the Saberlion's head in resting. The other two smaller 6 meter ones are located on the sides of the head behind the radar ears. When deployed the top blade is flung forward and points straight forward. It's slightly curved so the bladed edge is facing forward. The two blades on the sides extend fully outward. All three blades are designed better and made sharper than the Blade Liger's blades too.

High Frequency Claws- One on the end of each of the Saberlion's legs, these claws have four toes made of a sharp, extra-strength alloy.

High Frequency Fangs- A pair of relatively short, sharp alloy fangs located in the Saberlion's small jaws.

Smoke Dischargers- The Saberlion has four of these, one behind each hip and one behind each shoulder. When activated they unleash a large amount of thick smoke, creating a large smoke cloud behind the Saberlion for cover.

Rear Warning Sensor- Since it's radar ears are only forward facing it was deemed necessary that the Saberlion should have rear-facing sensors too. This unit is located on the tail and is just a basic type of radar that automatically locates stealth Zoids behind the Saberlion.
