Dear All,
we recently discovered that the latest DimensioneX 5.5.0 ZIP package had an incorrect folder structure, preventing it to work properly.

The problem has been already fixed. Our downloads section now contains the fixed file, the version number remains the same (5.5.0).

If you see that your

tomcat/webapps

folder contains a WEB-INF folder, with dimensioneX files inside, well that is the result of the wrong packaged ZIP file. You can safely delete (or move away) that folder without harming anything.

Simply re-download the dimensionex550.zip package and re-unpack into webapps. Now it will work.
