have been carefully tested several times and thousands of users have installed DimensioneX successfully so far.

So, before asking for help, please make sure you have followed the instructions contained in it

The 99,99% of the installation problems reported eventually result to be due to having not followed the instructions exactly (typically: different install folders, wrong Java/Tomcat version combinations, etc.)


Your queries will be easily answered if you provide the following information:

- Which operating system you are using (Windows XP? Windows 2000? Windows 98? Linux?)
- Which Java version you have got, where it is installed (folder path).
- Which Tomcat version you have got, where it is installed (folder path).


Usually, a reply to your help request comes within 1-2 days.
