No. I just expected it.

I don't really like the first post's works. The first one is much too simple, along with the font being ugly, and the second has a line going through the character's stomach. Other than that, the second and third were alright -- I'm not really sure what kind of look you were going for. They're a little too bright and remind me of a diluted soup; the idea is there, but it's a little foggy and washed out. I can't really make out the character in the third one.

For your latest sig post, I like it. It's warm and the flow is good, like a fire should be. As for your current sig, the render is nice, but the right side looks empty. The Echizen sig you made Kayne is also nice.

It's great to see you back in action. Keep it up!

Well you asked for a FEFF styled ranking, so here goes?



Text: [Beginner] - It's just kind of... eww. You can't read it that well, and it's slapped on.

Render: [Intermediate] - There's nothing wrong with it, but it's just really standard.

Blending: [Beginner] - There's not really any blending at all. :(

Background: [Beginner] - I see nothing, except for some red... wave lines behind the render, and a lens flare. It's quite beginner.

OVERALL: BEGINNER



Text: [NA] - lol no text

Render: [Intermediate] - Standard, but it's better than the usual standard; although it's not good enough for a High Intermediate.

Blending: [Intermediate] - Much better, it blends pretty nicely. Although I'm rather biased against backgrounds like that... bias aside, it's fine.

Background: [High Beginner] - Doesn't look much but smudging. But it's not bad.

OVERALL: [Low Intermediate/Inter]



Text: [Beginner] - That is really just... slapped on, and it rather takes away a lot from the whole picture itself.

Render: [High Beginner] - I just really don't like it that much... You can't see much of it. :(

Blending: [High Beginner] - It's blended, I'll give you that but you can't see the render too well because of the way you did it.

Background: [Low Intermediate] - Bias aside, again, it's ok, but I still don't really like it, as it's not too special, and... well. I guess my bias got into it again.

OVERALL: HIGH BEGINNER



Text: [N/A] No text

Render: [High Intermediate] - It's much better. :)

Blending: [High Intermediate] - It's very good, and it blends very nicely.

Background: [High Intermediate] - Do I see figures in the flames? Either way that is very well done. Much, much better.

Overall: [HIGH INTERMEDIATE] - You're losing that GFX fat and getting back into shape. (H) Keep it up.

Render: [High Intermediate] - I like what you did with it. Whether you did anything or not, I still like it. :)

Blending: [Expert] - gogogogogogogo Shiroko~ Blending improved? yus. It flows very nicely with the piece.

Background: [Intermediate] - Although it looks like a pretty simple one, it's not one of those obvious like, LOL RIPPLE, or LOL CLOUDS. It also fits very nicely with the Render, so that gives it bonus points.

OVERALL: [High Intermediate] - Keep it up. :PZ:

I'd say you don't really have a good understanding as to what looks good or not, Shiroko. A lot of the things you make look really "messy" and not uniform. While there's a way in which such art can look pleasing, the way you do it doesn't come off all too well. Work on making better backgrounds, and start using more simplistic text/font.

@SPZ: Well, the Naruto one seems to be everyone's current favorite. But yeah, i was messing with smudging and a little bit of ocean ripples and such to get that effect. I guess it came out properly. ^__^. I didn't expect it to come out that nicely either.

well? It's not finished yet, I still need to figure out what moreto do to it.

That empty space is awkward, but I'm liking that blue background.

The TomahawkMan sig is good. I like the first one better, personally, because it seems more icy and faded, which is pleasing to look at. How did you create the background? A C4D?

As for the Grunge signature, your character's body is too bright, and the background is dull. Text could use work, too.

You're moving along quite nicely in this short span of time.

I think you should try out some new stuff, that's all. Look up some tutorials on Deviantart and like, learn some new tricks, or just ask other people.

As for the Quincy sig, it looks nice, but the brushing is a little too normal. The text is okay. You're doing better with text now. :]

But yeah, the sig is ok.

I like the tomahawk sig. It's awesome. So is the text. the rest are great too, but their text are...awful. Try making a separate layer for the text and try using the layer effects and such, such as overlay, dodge, screen, ect..

I tried something new. I made a new Code Geass signature. I was bored and decided to expiriment bymyself and I got this:

I think the white that's to the left of C.C. is too bright and distracting.
And "Lelouch of the" needs to be clearer. They blend too much with the background, which is awesome btw.

The render is also done well.

Ah wekll here is another work of mine.

On the Code Geass one, I think it's nice. But the Text isn't too great.

As for the ANCIENT HERO one... It's very nice as well. I like how the render blends in nicely, while not completely obscured. But Text stands out a bit too much. :/

I'm getting it back slowly guys.

To be honest, if you want to improve more you should learn more than just the same backgrounds. :(

Not that those are bad. The first Inuyasha one is easily the best.

They are good just focus on the focal point and you need some lighting. they are pretty cool though
