Desc: A mildly carefree trainer, Hakare teaches his pupils about the cycles of chakra in order to advance their skills in general.

Appearance: Dark grey Leaf headband around his left sleeve, ordinary Jounin jacket, roomy white pants, Konoha sandals. White hair falling to the left side of his face, green eyes.

Techniques: Zegara is capable of nearly anything physical, like being able to create chakra manifestations of nearly any weapon. His finisher involves the "Soul Guillotine ".

Students: Arukuji Koji
Age: 12

Appearance: Dark green vest with a white tomoe on one side, a black tomoe on the other. Bandages around forearms and fists, as well as black pants with white pockets.

Desc: Koji is another carefree kid, who's ambition is to become a true ninja like his father Arukuji Nokagi. Koji is friendly to most, as away of discovering weaknesses early.

Techniques: Koji is capable of disabling a person's chakra by forcing it out of his enemy's body using his own chakra as an amplifier. His "finisher" is the Final Strike, involving him nearly decapitating his opponent. This is a dangerous move, as it requires much preparation and careful aim.


Team 20: Led by Karake Kara
Age: 21

Appearance: A beautiful woman who leads her team. Dark black hair, glowing blue eyes, and a white kimono, withe black sleeves.

Desc: Kara is a tough but fair teacher, who focuses on utilizing individual talent so it works great with the team as a unit.

Techniques: Kara can bend her form into nearly any shape, and eventually dodge any attack. She can use her own body to become a large origami soldier. The paper is coated with a poisonous ink, which on contact with skin can take the form of a Rune, and deal effects. Because of this, she is regarded as a shikigami(paper god).

Students: Rourouri Ko
Age: 13

Techniques: Ko is a rough trainer, but excels as such. His moves are if anything, consequential, because if one fails, he leaves his chakra in a damaged state. He focuses on heavy combat, with the use of his body and a "brother" as he calls it, a large shuriken, infused with so much chakra it seems able to perform the Replacement Technique in mid flight.

Appearance: Black hair held up by a Konoha headband, and glaring white eyes, as Ko is blind. He relies on his chakra field surrounding him to suspect oncoming attacks. His strength is unshown, and he appears weak, but if he lifts his foot and slams it down, he can cause a 4.0 earthquake.

Desc: Ko trains nearly every second he can to enhance his physical reactions and avoid damage. He likes any kind of food and is able to turn any situation around.

(So no Kekkei Genkai, no clan techniques, no special moves or anything. Just be a regular, stock, weak Genin?)

Well, noes. Byakugan is too overpowerful. Sounds stupid, but "basic Hyuuga" means that they're capable of ultimate control of a battle, so no.

Name:Min Si
Age:13
Desc:Despite being in Japan, she actually came from China, thus leading to her silk attire. Her arsenal of jutsu consist of silk-based attacks in which she uses chakra to control the threads. She also has a sworn duty to protect the secret of silk-making, and if she were to let the secret out she would suffer the penalty of death. Min was born within the village, but her family line trails back to China. The jutsu she uses are only able to be done so by using silk, and because the only way to obtain silk is from China, not many ninja can copy or imitate her jutsu besides her Hidden Sleeve jutsus. She is caring and sensitive, but also short tempered so beware not to make her mad.
Techniques:Her jutsu focus on the use of chakra to manipulate silk. The chakra can be used to weave the silk into many different shapes and forms and can be used for various purposes. Because she might lose silk at times, she has silk worms to help make more silk. She sometimes allows some silk worms to metamorphosize into moths which she train for certain situations. She can summon silk worms and moths by putting blood on a silk cloth. Her largest summoining is a giant moth that she can ride. However, she requires lots of chakra to summon, so she is usually unable to summon. Min's long silk sleeves provide the ability to hide things in her sleeves, thus leading to the creation of Hidden Sleeve Taijutsu.
Appearance:She has a head of black hair that is tied into a pony tail that reaches a midpoint on her back, a yellow silk shirt with red embroiderings and popped collar, black silk pants with red embroidering, and simple shoes made from cloth. The sleeves on her shirt are lengthened in order to hide certain weapons in her sleeves.

Name: Inuzuka Fang
Age: 13
Desc: Fang has had a very good life. He's excited to finally be out of the academy.
Techniques:
Shikyaku no Jutsu- This makes Fang more animalistic. He then runs on all fours.

Gatsuuga- Gatsuuga is a supreme Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. After the familiar transforms into a copy of the clan member, both the familiar and ninja will begin a spinning attack. The preferred time to attack is when their opponent is showing an opening. Using this chance the fast rotating of the two attackers will cause a damaging impact on their opponent when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, both attackers are able to rotate and strike from multiple angles.

Tsuuga- Tsuuga is a variation of Gatsuuga, a Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. This version will just involve one individual clan member utilizing the spinning attack. The fast rotation will cause a damaging impact on their opponent or an nearby object when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, the ninja can rotate and strike from multiple angles.

Juujin Bunshin- Juujin Bunshin is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. First the clan member and the familiar may ingest a soldier pill to help their strength and stamina. Then, acting in conjunction with the clan member, the canine familiar will transform themself into a copy of the clan member. While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original.

Appearance: Fang has red face markings on his face. His teeth are also pointed.

Desc:He comes from a clan whose jutsu mainly focuses on fire-jutsu, but because it takes a long time to master fire jutsu, all those who belong to the Hogami clan who are just starting out are unable to manipulate fire correctly. They have bloodline jutsu that are difficult to master, thus most ninja who belong to the clan are relavtively weak. Hogami means Fire God. Those who are able to master the clan's techiniques will be able to manipulate fire just by chakra control and no hand signs.
Techniques:Nobu had spent most of his life trying to perfect his bloodline jutsu and fire jutsu, but so far he was only able to produce tiny wisps of fire. Besides his fire jutsu, he usually works on his taijutsu and throwing kunai and shuriken. He has an intermediate level of control over chakra. His techiniques are widely based on those of an elder Hogami clan member because he was specially trained by that elder.
Appearance:He wears a red popped collar shirt with the Japanese character of "fire" written on the back of his shirt. He has wristbands that are red and shorts that are black. He wears sandals that are red.

I think he'll only allow very weak clans like Inuzuka.

Eh, too strong. Fire control? Maybe not. If its something simpler like being able to manipulate the path of a shuriken or kunai in mid flight, then sure, but not total fire kill.

Okay, maybe I put it in a wrong way. What I meant is that the clan focuses on using fire jutsu, sorta like an affinity thingy.

I never said they were less broken. I decided not to mention Rasengan because we know that Jiraiya taught Konan of Akatsuki, so we might assume she taught others. Rasengan in itself is hell, that was an unnamed reason for not approving him.

Byakugan, I believe, can be even more powerful for the reason of damaging the chakra network, which could inevitably cause most of the enemy ninja I've prepared to have challenge the teams.

It only works if you allow me to hit you 361 times. That shuts off all of the tenketsu. BTW, that might not be the true spoiler. If we can assume Jiraiya learned from Minato and taught Konan(who might not be his student) then can we assume Kakashi taught somebody Chidori in the 2.5 years we don't see him. I just want it to be fair since Gatsuuga<<<<<<Rasengan........

Not the "true" spoiler? I heard that Jiraiya says directly to Konan that she's grown a lot. I think that counts for something, right? Like him knowing her?

Besides, Minato passed it on, so we might be able to know that not only Jiraiya would be the one in charge of passing it on.

Description:A child abandoned in front of the gates of the village at age 4, mentally scarred him forever. His personality is very negative, and is not nice towards anyone. Because someone delivered a blow towards his head, he had amnesia, unable to remember his last name, who hit him, who his real family was, and what village he came from. He only had knowledge of his first name and what he was taught, meaning speaking, walking, breathing, etc. Simple stuff. He was adopted in by the village and there were families who were willing to care for him, but he refused and chose to live alone. His last name is a fake one created by himself. It means "lone". At age 13, he still remains cold and distant.
Technique:Because of mental scarring, he likes working alone rather then in teams, thus discouraging himself from using attacks that require creating clones. His attacks consist of infusing chakra into other objects such as kunai or shuriken. He can also use other weapons and concentrate chakra into them. if a weapon was broken, say a sword, he could replace the missing piece of the blade with concentrated chakra. He has an above-average amount of chakra which helps when he charges objects with chakra.
Appearance:He wears a teal trenchcoat and teal pair of pants that are slightly ripped. Along with his headband is a teal bandanna with his fake last name written on it. Under his trenchcoat is a short sleeve grey shirt.
