She is opposite of Light. Tatsu is loud, and enjoys to fight. She does whatever gets her most gain.

The most agressive of the elementals, he will attack with little provoking. He is wise and strong, but he is headstrong.

Cold. Distant. Sasuke copy.





Electricty(Denkito)
He's hyper, excitible, happy. All around good guy.




Wind(Kaze)
Kaze is floaty, unknowing. He drfts through life, alhtough hes very powerful, he doesn't show it.

I would like to see the inclusion of the important already established Naruto characters. Is it before their time? Is it when the Sannin were in their prime and they fought Hanzo? Is it after Naruto and them grow up and have kids?

This will have NOTHING to do with Naruto and the gang. I want no mention of them. Only because this should be us in the life of Naruto.

Frozen Shield: Ross manipulates ice to create solid blocks against enemy advances and attacks. Its his common shield. He normally creates it on the ground, sprouting up as a curved wall.

Blizzard's Claw: Ross creates a blizzard of ice blades, slashing his enemies and damaging them badly.

Flame Barrage: Ross hold out his hand and flame darts shoot out rapidly.

Apocolypse: Ross combines the conflicting elements, creating an energy mass of white and black rift energy. He uses it for multiple attacks.

---Special Jutsu---
Overload: Ross' conflicting elements combine within him, causing his energy and chakra levels to go off the charts. He loses control of himself and goes into a rage though...

Supernova:Extreme heat and flame flare out from Ross, in a wave of energy and unimaginable heat. Ross faints after using this.

Absolute Zero:A wave of ice and frozen air come away from Ross like a blizzard. It makes the area around him so cold, molecules nearly stop moving. Ross faints after using this.

Kekkei Genkai: Fire Of ice: Ross' eyes change color, blue with red lines in the iris. He then can see heat, sound, and in the dark.

Bio: Usually seen with Nick, correcting his wrongs, stopping him from biting off more than he can chew. He likes ramen somewhat, but is always eating there because Nick is constantly there.

Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Fire Release: Grand Fireball Technique; exactly what it sounds like.

Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu - Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique; a technique that makes the user spit out tiny fire birds. While doing little damage on its own, a large amount of these birds can do a lot of damage.

Katon: Karyuu Endan - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Blast Technique; A technique where the ninja inhales deeply, drawing in a full chest of air. They then exhale, producing a very wide stream of flames that approach their target as a huge wall.

Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu - Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique; A few diverse hand seals are done, and after gathering all the chakra in his mouth, the ninja will create so much flame that a red-hot fire will light up around him. All that chakra is then converted into fire inside the ninja's mouth, and it is all ejected at once, creating an extremely long blaze of fire, going directly to the opponent.

Kage Konoha Buyou - Shadow Leaf Dance; This taijutsu is an aerial attack,
meaning the enemy has to be in the air for it to fully function. Once in the air, the shinobi positions himself just below the opponent and slightly diagonally while in the air. Thus, the ninja becomes the opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent unable to escape. Also, the two ninjas kind of "hover" in the air, giving the attacker a chance to strike.

Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo; A Taijutsu technique following the Kage Konoha
Buyou (Shadow Leaf Dance), putting both the ninja and their opponent in the air, giving the attacking ninja the advantage. Four separate blows are delivered: a roundhouse kick, followed by a powerful backhand blow.

Description:
A very intellegent boy, who hates the sight of fighting. But he will do whatever he can to help. He is tempered easily, and will attack without no hesitation.

Bio: Growing up, all he wanted to be was a proud ninja, just like his father. He dreamed of growing up and becoming one of the best, but he knew what he had to work for to get that high. He lost his best friend to a B Ranked Mission, and since that day, he hated fighting.

Believe it or not, he would fight though without no hesitation. He has killed someone in battle once, and he isnt afraid to do it again. He is easily tempered, but all he really wants is to make good friends.
