Spartan Rising
The UNSC ship, Cortana, sailed silently through the vast emptiness of space. Inside the ship, an air of desolation surrounded the ship. After years of searching for Earths’ Hero, through old transmissions they found him. The ship had found his remains floating in the wreckage of The Dawn among the debris. A man known throughout the universe as the Demon, A god among humans, bane of the Covenant home world. His name was Master Chief. Decades had passed since he destroyed the Halo Instillations. But that did not stop the Covenant from returning. The crew had hoped that maybe he was still alive. But a salvage crew had found him to be half dead. He was of no use to Earth now. So instead, Captain Osvalds had the memories of Chief examined. What they found was considered the greatest treasure to Earth since fire: The location of a SPARTAN army. The memories state that in 2236, Earth had made an army to be used only during a great war. The Spartans’ were still alive due to a secret breakthrough in Cryostasis. Earth may have lost one hero but they received an army of them.
