In the world of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, rescue teams are the dominant power. Young Pokemon are trained to work together in rescue teams, under the guidance of a Gold rank rescue Pokemon. This is the story of one such rescue team and the trials and tribulations they face.

This only applies to the first two people to apply, but your Pokemon must be in its lowest form (excluding baby evolutions) and must have been able to evolve in its generation, as you're the members of the rescue team in training. Also, you WILL be referred to throughout the RP as your Pokemon's species, so you can give it a name, but it will be a moot point.

And before anyone asks, yes, this IS heavily inspired by Naruto. Absol is just like Kakashi (Me first is his Sharingan) and Charmander is just like Naruto.

And that's just an explanation of what you can and cannot be. You can be Bulbasaur or Togepi because they evolve in their generations, but not Onix or Electabuzz don't. You can't be Pichu because it's a baby Pokemon.

You can't be Scyther, because he doesn't evolve in the Kanto generation. Like Onix an Electabuzz, his evolution doesn't come until later.

Okay, I've decided that since there are similarities to Naruto so far, there's going to be a Chunin Exam of sorts - the Silver Exams. I'll explain. A Normal ranked rescue team must complete a certain number of E-Ranked missions. When they do, they get promoted to the Bronze rank, which means they're eligible for the Silver Exams. I'm sure you all know what that entails?

So, anyone who signs up after this post can be a Pokemon in the Silver Exams. They must be a Basic Pokemon, in terms of the Pokemon TCG. However, the next three applicants can be a Stage 1 evolution if they have a Stage 2. So any of the next three applicants can be a Combusken if they so desire. Also, all Basic Pokemon that don't evolve in their generation are open, so Hitmonlee, Sneasel, Roselia, etc. are all available. And since I don't really think it realistic for a Baby form to be applying for a shot at the Silver Rank, they're out the window. I'll explain more about the ranking system later on in the RP.

Just to clarify, the same restrictions apply for the fourth applicant and up as they do for the first people ever to post in this RP.

Okay, I'm starting a brand new RP in addition to the one already in progress. Same basic idea as the first one, except it will focus more on one of the main characters originally being a human. Someone will be that Pokemon, though it has to be a starter from Mystery Dungeon 1 or 2, and I will be the "partner" to the protagonist. A third will be the third member of the team, who will be introduced later. My only rules for the third partner are that it must be in its lowest form, and must be able to evolve. (Example: Vulpix = Yes; Dunsparce = No) I will post after I decide on the human-turned-Pokemon character. I will follow the basic partner rules.

Being the RP mod I'll suggest you don't make comments like that. Don't post anything that's going to start a fight. Telling someone to lay off the drugs (even if it is a joke) is going to start a fight or upset someone.

You know what, you're right. All 456blaa needs is to prove to me the existance of this Dunsparce evolution, and I'll drop the issue.
