Name: AxemNuclear.EXE
Navi Description: A nuclear based navi, corrupted by the powers of darkness. He internally fought off the corruption, but the darkness now scars him, showing up in his attacks and personality. He is extremely fast, and can almost instantaneously move his particles of light and electricity multiple times faster than the speed of light. A very enjoyable navi, he is very personable and makes many friends easily. He has a special ability that (might) activates when a program is installed: a special fusion function that will allow himself to combine with other navi to produce unseen and unspoken power. AxemNuclear has bright green hair. It is long and it stands up. His face and all other body parts are the color black. His eyes are completely red, and his mouth is nearly discernible from the rest of his body, save an armored mouth plate that covers it, which is also black (like Mr. Famous’ one). His insides look like someone took a lawn mower to a field of electronics. They are all mixed up and cut up and torn and sheared, but still fully operational (haha). His pants are made of a lightweight but extremely tough metallic blue metal that is unknown by most standards. His shoes have a metal bar outlining the…outline of the shoe on each shoe and a metal plate on the bottom. The biggest thing that separates him from most navis is that he has the nerve to wear a brown and black cloak like Bass and not be a poser. He can also levitate using the opposite polarity of the Dark and Nuclear energies within him.

Operator: Isaac
Operator Description: Isaac usually wears camo shorts or semi baggy jeans. For shirts, he wears his signature emblem, which is the radioactive symbol on a gortex (Under Armor) material muscle shirt. He has plates of black shoulder, knee, and chest and back armor. He also has gauntlets made of the same black metal. He is very athletic, and the one cool thing about him is that he’s not afraid to jump into water and swim. Just…SWIM! With full clothes and everything. He usually has a headband very reminiscent of Lan’s own. It is black with the radioactive symbol on it.

Look, I'm not one to be lecturing you, but I'm going to tell you anyways. The Navi creation thing got changed. Now you get 800 EXP and we don't use protocols anymore. DP(Dodge points) got added to the stats, and all the stats now cost diiferent amounts of EXP.
