And, Xemnas can't bend reality to the point of ridiculousness when he's not in Kingdom Hearts. Outside he still has considerable power though...
BTW: Aside from a certain lance wielding member and a gun toting pirate, Org. 13 is actually not that hard, even in Proud Mode. FM Data copies are a different thing though.
