Im woking with a group of friends on a fan made version of MegaMan Battle Network 7, we currently dont have a name for it. The code name now is Evolution but other names have came up. Tell em what you guys think the name should be.

Your far behind, theres already an organized group of people making an unofficial Battle Network sequel. I wouldn't even bother, even if someone did manage to make a game on the scale of a BN game chances are Capcom would take legal action.

I guess i'd pick black sky/white ground, but with a name like that, you better give an option to be good or evil. Me personally, I'm making a story version of BN7 (for right now) called Ragnarok, which derives from Megaman Zero 4, with Ragnarok being the satellite that was controlled by the nefarious Dr. Wiell

I was about to ask the same thing.

To me, "Evolution" sounds nice.

Currently, The Undersquare's EXE7 is on hold. They're looking for more people to help them out, so if you're interested, I recommend you take a look at the Undersquare Forums and see if you fit the bill.

Otherwise, if you just want to go ahead with your solo project, I wish you the best. Personally, I don't like subtitles for MegaMan games, but of your choices, I would go with Black Sky/White Ground, maybe changing Ground to Earth.

This fan made by me and my friends and has nothing to do with Undernet. But we have got many things planed out. For one we our planing for 2 story lines, one being you play as MegaMan, the other will be you playing as the mysterious Gunslinger. The MegaMan story line is you being the good guy. You have a new system called Fusion, where you and another navi become one (Forming a completely new navi). In the other story you play as a demoid (a navi created from evil) we'll call Gunslinger for now, you get a armor upgrade and can use the returning darkchips with out danger.

Some other returning stuff our Dark Chips, Darkloid (mostly just ShadeMan), and (one battle only) beast out. New stuff are The Fusion System for Mega, the Armor Upgrade for Gunslinger, Demoids, and the game having a darker feel.

Oh and we have chosen the name to be just be called MegaMan Battle Network 7: Evolution

You really should join Undersquare's project since it has a much higher success rate of this fan project actually completing someday. You could even run by some of your ideas by them and they might just take it into consideration.

About your Fusion system... don't you remember crosses in MMBN6? Your Fusion system is practically a permanent version of a cross.
