I know what thats like. You feel like crap, being banned from something and having to wait for a few more years.
Not only that, you could easily re-sign up using a proxy so admins can't see your IP address.

Technically, if his parents approved of it, we can't really do jack. And since we can't really prove that his parents approved of it, he's off the hook. I guess... That's my logic, anyone edit if seen fit.
