It scares me... THe head seems uneven in size, like you put a small head together with Optimus Prime's or something.
And is that a sword or weapon sticking out of his shoulder, or just a stick?

I have to agree with Ross on one thing: The head does seem weird.

Other then that, I couldn't do better. (Well, I can't do better on any part; I suck at drawing)

that "stick" looks like a hilt and if you look at his face it looks more like the actual head is missing half and just has the insides with half covered...

Yeah. It's supposed to look that way. And yes, it's a hilt. The weapon is lodged in his shoulder. The body is meant to look uneven, because the character had gone through extensive damage.

Ah, I see. I thought you just stuck pieces together, I didn't even take into account he was damaged.
It's very good then, now that I understand it.
