Upgrades include additional instruments (including vocals and, we hear separately, drums), as well as 'local content' from 'local bands.'"

Rock Band IV... Is called Rock Band: World Tour. I think it's because anyone can write their own boards without modding their consoles and then share them with the entire unmodded-console-world.
I think the 5 pad drums would be an excellent addition from the Rock Band drum. I just wished Harmonix and would work together with the GH makers again. Who knows, we might get more drums?

I'd say the only thing I didn't like about Guitar Hero was the lack of Metallica (the greatest heavy matal band in the world). All they had was One... I'm not saying they should have a whole crapload of them, just maybe have a secret mode for thos songs like "Play Until Your Fingers Bleed" mode.
