Name: Skwuck.exe
Navi Description: A Navi that looks like the average real world person... but with light gray fox ears and a tail. His oddly different armor resembles that of blue jeans, and a gray shirt, average clothes of the real world, yet having the same regular defensive capabilities of the average armor. He doesn't remember anything about his past whatsoever and is always wondering about it as he continuously seeks answers. His weapon, two twin blades, he found laying next to him sheathed along with some battlechips when he woke up with his amnesia in the Net. His pocket is essentially his 'folder'. Whatever other items he finds, he carries in a small bag dangling from his right belt loop. He will either hold the twin blades in the regular fashion or upside-down, blades coming out from bottom of his palms, when he fights. He has long brown hair and wears it long or tied back according to his mood and/or laziness. He's normally a happy, kind person who almost never gets angry, though he can get quite competitive when in a battle. He's also quite curious and occasionally tries to butt in to other people's business, but with good intentions, as he's always willing and wanting to help and be of service.

Skwuck was glad to learn as to where he was... but the answer the Navi gave him left him a little unsatisfied. His fox ears moved back a bit in his disappointment. The usual feeling of familiarity had returned when he learned the name of his location, but he felt like there was something more to it. He decided to set it aside for now.

Then he heard the Navi mention SciLab. The name of the place triggered something he hadn't experienced before. His eyes closed for a moment as he saw the image of some kind of pod that was tilted such that someone inside would be laying down if they were inside, though it was still standing for the most part. The image lasted for only a second and the moment his eyes opened, Skwuck couldn't see it again when he closed his eyes anymore. He could only rely on his own memory of what he saw. His ears went back again.

As the Navi began to show him the way, Skwuck followed. As he treaded on, he had the deep wish of just seeing that image again and wondered what it possibly could have meant. He wanted to uncover what now were the secrets of his past. "Hmm... Excuse me, do you think you could tell me what you know about SciLab?" Skwuck inquired. He hoped he'd remember something off of any information the Navi might have.

"SciLab?" the navi said as they continued walking. "It's the place where scientists work...or something along those lines. Right now, the people there just finished making an invention, and you know what it is? It's a machine that can make a copy of yourself. Same stats, abilities...the only thing they can't copy is the chips. The copies there use a certain weak folder so that the originals would have an advantage. However, if you want, you can actually ask the scientist in charge of the machine to have your copy use the exact same folder that you have. Your pick. But if I were you, I'd choose the easier way."

OOC: Forgot to post stats at my first post. I'll either edit this post to include them or post them in my next post. Kinda want to upgrade my stats though.

"Scientists?" Skwuck wondered. Again, the navi's answer was hardly satisfactory, though it made sense. Where else would scientists work? Skwuck continued following the Navi as he was informed of this new challenge. "Wait," Skwuck interrupted. "A copy of me? You mean like a clone? Instantaneously? I thought that wasn't possible..." Skwuck's lack of knowledge of this world was apparent. "A-anyways, the same abilities, huh? I guess I'll go for it. Not sure if I should fight it with it having the same chips or weaker ones... Eh, I'll try fighting it with the advantage. Give it its default weak folder then when we get there and go through the copying process.

Soon, they reached a strange, or rather unique-looking portal. The navi motioned Skwuck to get in there as he himself entered.

Before he could teleport to where they were supposed to go, he said, "We're almost there."

As Skwuck approached the portal, he was nervous. He hadn't ever encountered one of these before. He didn't know what lay past the portal at all. He only hoped things would be okay. Though he might've been overreacting as well. Skwuck took a deep breath and stepped into the portal.

Skwuck and the navi teleported into an isolated area. The navi then called out above, "Here's your first specimen! Let's get this over with!"

A digital window appeared in front of the two, and in it was the face of a scientist. "Oh, good. So, Mr. Navi, are you ready? And where's your operator?"

The teleportation was quick and it surprised Skwuck. He didn't expect to be in a new place. He then heard the Navi conversing with somebody.

"W-wait, specimen?!" Skwuck said in bewilderment. He was a little nervous about being called that though he wasn't sure why. He then saw the digital window appear before him and saw the face of someone who didn't look like any of the Navi's. As a matter of fact, the very face seemed extremely familiar to him, but he didn't know where he had seen this person before. The sight of him calmed Skwuck down some.

"O-operator?" Skwuck stammered. "What do you mean, 'Operator'? And, uh, my name is Skwuck.." He said. He thought the name Mr. Navi was too silly a name to be called by, nor did he expect to even be called a Navi. Though he thought it was understandable, considering he was in their world. He then thought this new being might be able to answer some of his questions. "Uh, excuse me, sir, but could you explain to me what this world is?" He thought he might've been getting on the Navi's nerves, but he had the sudden urge to ask this question. He hoped he didn't mind.

The scientist thought for a moment, wondering what was wrong with the navi. He then faced him and replied, "For one thing, you're inside the computer of the cloning machine. The place where I am standing right now is...the real world. And when I meant operator, I was talking about the person in the real world who serves as your 'partner' when netbattling. Are you, by any chance, an independent navi?"

"W-wait. Are you saying I'm a Navi? I thought I didn't belong here... I don't seem to fit in at all, nor do I know a single thing of this place..." Skwuck groaned. "...The real world?" Skwuck was curious now. This being was someone from an entirely different world?

He closed his eyes in thought again when all of sudden Skwuck saw the image of that pod again, though he could see through a glass window on the pod and saw what appeared to be himself laying in the pod. This image also, like the previous one, lasted for only a second. He wanted to mention it, but decided to hold off on it for now. He had a challenge to take on. "A-uh, to answer your question, I don't think I have an operator... So I guess I'm independent then." Skwuck said nervously. "Er... is one... necessary? I've been doing fine on my own up until now..." He felt somewhat left out as he wondered if all these Navi's had these so called "operators."

"It's okay," the scientist replied. "You don't really need an operator; it's just that most navis have them. Anyway, let's begin the battle. Good luck."

The navi from before jacked out. He was actually the scientist's navi. He was sent to look for someone who would be able to take on the challenge of facing one's own clone, and was attacked while searching.

Soon, a white navi, without a face or any features at all, appeared in front of Skwuck. This mysterious navi suddenly charged at his opponent, ready to throw a punch at him.

Skwuck watched as the Navi appeared to vanish into the sky. He had seen a few other generic Navi's do it before, but he hadn't ever seen one do it so close to him. He then watched as the mysterious white Navi materialized before him. Skwuck found it rather creepy to look at. As the Navi began to attack, Skwuck quickly unsheathed his swords and readied his left arm to defend, positioning himself with his right arm behind him and his left directly in between him and the Navi. He studied the mechanical movements of the Navi closely as it approached.

The navi, uh, punched him. Too bad he doesn't have a face, so he couldn't smile.

As the Navi executed his punch, he swung the blade at the Navi's arm with the flat side of the blade in an attempt to knock the fist away from him and slashed at the Navi's torso with his right blade. Afterward, he quickly jumped back a few steps to set some distance between the two. It was somewhat difficult predicting this Navi's movements. Seeing as it had no face, it appeared emotionless. Perhaps this was what invoked the feeling of eeriness in Skwuck earlier. Skwuck readied himself for another attack. He had no idea what the Navi was going to do next, and all he could do was watch and guess.

"Good, good," the scientist said. "Now for the fun part. Brace yourself."

As the white navi fell, he suddenly melted and turned into a white ball. It floated around for a bit, then it suddenly transformed into...a copy of Skwuck.

"W-what the?" Skwuck stood in awe at the newly formed being before him. It was almost like staring in a mirror that hid your own emotions. Skwuck was still creeped out by this Navi's form though. He examined it quickly and saw that it was still hostile. Skwuck immediately set some distance between the two and began his attack. He thrust his hand into his pocket and grabbed some chips.

He then flipped one of them, causing one of his swords to turn into a pickaxe. He moved in closer to the Navi and dug it into the ground, ripped out a large chunk of the ground, and flung it at the clone.

Skwuck saw the Navi dodge with the same capability of himself. He then saw the Navi move in for an attack. He quickly prepared himself and dodged to his left, avoiding the Cannon shot. He then flipped two more chips. This time, his arm turned into a Vulcan, though it felt like it had a different kind of energy within it this time, due to the effects of the second chip, WhiCapsl. He then fired three shots at the doppleganger, the bullets a different color than the original.

Skwuck noticed the Navi had dodged his second attack. He figured the Navi was getting tired of dodging like he himself usually does. Now was his chance. He waited for the Navi to execute his second attack. He decided to take this attack instead of dodging. He braced himself for impact and took the Cannon shot. He then immediately flipped the last two chips in his hand, causing his arm to morph into the Vulcan again. This time, he felt more energy within the gun than usual because of the effects caused by the Atk+10 chip he flipped. He quickly took aim and fired off the three shots.

Skwuck saw the Navi move in to return fire. He then realized he had no more chips in his hand. He quickly thrust his hand into his pocket to get more.

He then looked for a good spot to wait before the Navi launched his counter attack. He set more distance between the two and watched carefully as the eerily emotionless Navi made its move.

Skwuck easily predicted the Navi's move. He dodged it as usual and then began his own attack. He flipped one of the new chips in his hand and caught it after it morphed into a MiniBomb. He then moved within the Navi's Range and and lobbed it at the Navi, hoping to finish it off right then and there. Of course, he didn't expect that to happen. But he could hope to get this over with soon. He watched as the Minibomb took its course. To be safe, he put distance between him and the Navi again.

Skwuck took a look at the Navi as it dodged the attack. It appeared to be getting tired. Now was his chance. "Time to finish this," Skwuck said, feeling somewhat awkward as saying the cliched phrase. He flipped two more chips, morphed his arm into a cannon, and fired upon the copycat Navi, hoping to finish it off again.

Skwuck saw the Navi struggle to make that last dodge. "finally. Now he's tired and done for... Skwuck thought to himself. He jumped back to avoid the MiniBomb that was thrown at him and then moved in for his move. He flipped a MiniBomb chip, caught the bomb, and flung it at the Navi, finally finishing the battle as it exploded and deleted the Navi.

Skwuck sighed. The battle was finally over. He felt that battles were getting repetitive for him. He found himself using the same techniques over and over. He knew it probably wasn't going to last him long, but he didn't know any other ways to fight yet. He thought about it as he stood and waited for a response in the now empty area.

As the navi exploded, a white ball - the one from before - was the only thing left of him. Soon, it materialized into the blank, white navi. The navi unleashed two swords from each of its hands as it charged towards Skwuck, desperate to defeat him. (Short RP Battle before this mission ends)

Skwuck saw the white Navi rematerialize. He learned what not to do as it began its attack at him. He quickly flipped one of the chips he hadn't used, turning his arm into a Vulcan. It fired three times at the Navi as usual. Skwuck hoped the shots would hit. In the event that the Navi might survive, he flipped another chip, turning his left sword into a pickaxe. He stuck it into the ground and waited for the Navi to come at him.

The navi was hit, and, with three holes now in its body, exploded.

The scientist seemed alarmed. "Something's wrong...!"
