I want to make a Soul Eater RP. Just RP as students of Shibusen, obviously not god-moddingly powerful, but good enough.

I control 2 Technicians and their 3 Weapons. You guys make your own characters. This all takes place before the release of Kishin.
Use this format, each player cannot start with more than 24 pre-Kishin Souls already caught. Also, no ultimate-ass-rape attack moves.

Bio:
Tenshigi is a novice Technician. With her Weapon Dace, she fights the pre-Kishin spirits residing in dark-minded humans for Shibusen Academy. She is a fun loving, adventurous sort who can barely see the soul wavelength of others. Her weapon Dace is capable of transforming into a Sound-based Sword-type. With it, she can release explosive sound wave attacks that can rupture even the soul wavelength. Her attitude in battle is that of an tactical analyst, constantly trying to change the odds.
Desc: 5'4", with darkest blue hair pulled back into a ponytail, and golden highlights on her bangs. Scarlet eyes, wearing an oversized jacket, concealing many sharp spiderlike legs, which are mechanical and be controlled through soul wavelength. Dark pants and sandals, as well as a bandaged right arm.

Bio: Dace is a dangerous opponent, capable of reading Tenshigi's movements and anticipating her attacks, using his own natural skills to enhance them. He has an aloof air about him, but can throw terrorizing tantrums if he loses something he wants.
Desc:
White long sleeved shirt, pants with belts going all across them, no shoes, and white fingerless gloves. Light blue hair with matching eyes. An all-knowing smirk. His weapon form consists of a crescent moon-shaped sword, with black and white patterns.
Techniques:
Swordarm: Can use without Tenshigi. Transforms his arm into his blade and attacks.
Sonic Edge: Requires Tenshigi. Creates a large sound wave after slashing.
Sonic Boom: Requires Tenshigi. Cretaes a widespread sonicboom after thrusting.
Sonic Boom Edge: Requires Tenshigi. Creates a sonicboom upon impact with a target.
Sonic Roar: Requires Tenshigi. Creates a large dome of clashing sound waves.
Echo Edge: Requires Tenshigi. Creates a rapid secession of slashing sound waves.


Creo Knijuriji

Bio:
Creo is wiser than his years, but hardly ever shows it. Mostly he’s interested in the next big thing, parties, etc. He commonly can be found at the roofs of Shibusen meditating, however. His two partners, Kari and Kori, can each turn into ½ of a deck of cards. Using them as a combined ‘deck’, and throwing cards, they can use many different attacks. The higher the number value, the more powerful the attack.
Desc:
Tall, with black hair separated into two parts, one part long, hanging in front of his left eye, the other pulled back into a slim ponytail. Glowing orange eyes, with a scar across his right cheek. A two piece suit with multiple patterns of hearts, diamonds, spades, and clubs across it in red and black.

Kari and Kori

Bio:
Kari and Kori are brother and sister, but not twins. Kari is the younger sister, and Kori is the older brother. As such, Kori’s powers are slightly more advanced than Kari’s. Kari is usually more tactical than her brother, and Kori is a bit more aggressive. Kari was the first to meet Creo. They decided to partner up, but since Kori was the oldest, he had to go first, and Creo decided to go with both.
Desc:
Both Kari and Kori have dark red hair with black vertical stripes, but Kori has 3 stripes on each side and one big one in the middle of his hair, and Kari has 3 stripes in the middle and 2 larger ones outside those in her hair, not to mention hers is longer. Kari has red eyes, and Kori has black. They wear identical outfits, similar to Creo’s, but with Kori having more black and less red and Kari having less black and more red. Kari has only diamond and heart patterns on her outfit, and Kori has spades and clubs.
Techniques:
Kari represents the Hearts and Diamonds half of the Deck, where Heart Attacks represent Fire Element, and as such, have a burning edge, and Diamonds having Ice Element, and thus freeze things on contact.
Kori represents Spades and Clubs half, where Spades represents Windy Element, and thus knocks things back, and Clubs representing Nature, and often clinging to its target.
The higher the number value of the card attack, the more powerful it will be. Example:
2-3: A simple expression of the Element’s magic
4-5: A stronger and different form of the Element’s Magic.
6-8: Very powerful Element Magic Attacks
9-10: Often more creative than destructive Element Magic
