Basic Stuff, just like making a 2.0 navi, and therefore, you can just copy-paste the contents there. However, RP information on the navi must be added. Also, you can makw your own characters, of course.

Navi Name: Fladraman.EXE
Navi Desc.:Typical-looking red navi. Has a sword attached on his right arm and a red cape. He was given to Jack by the father of his friend whom he had a huge crush on during his birthday.
Some notable characteristics of Fladraman is that he tends to ignore his operator during crucial times, believing that his abilities are enough to defeat opponents. This gives him the opportunity to experience a real shock once the enemy makes a sudden comeback. Good thing Jack's always there, no matter how many times he is ignored by his own netnavi.
Fladraman and Jack, despite countless quarrels and arguments, are really friendly towards each other, as if they were brothers. With their goal to be the world's best netbattlers in his mind, Fladraman and Jack can easily settle disputes no matter how minor or major it may be.
Despite his typical-looking appearance, he is very powerful. He is very agile and has great reflexes, able to dodge a flurry of punches or a bunch of energy shots with minimal damage. As for strength, his punches and kicks are very powerful, not to mention his ability to control fire. Not to mention his two special attacks, the Shock Burner and Supernova.
When in danger, Fladraman turns into some sort of monster that spews out some dangerous flames. However, it has never been seen as of now, since it's said that unleashing that "mode" in Fladra would kill him.

Operator: Tatsuya Satoshi
Operator Desc.: A typical black-haired and blue-eyed boy, Tatsuya is the top student in his class. A very intelligent - but not nerdy - person. He got Fladraman as a sort of "gift" from certain SciLab professors who were, as far as he knew, supposedly working on some sort of secret experiment.

Navi Name: Skwuck.Exe

Navi Desc.:A Navi who was once a human, but died in an accident involving a secret, but failed SciLab project run by his parents which allowed humans to expericence the world of the Navi's. Skwuck was a test subject, but the machine caused him to enter a coma state and eventually die. His mind was converted into data though, and his memory slowly recovered after the incident. After remembering his past, he found his twin brother who became his operator. They now look after each other as much as they can to ensure their own survival. His appearance appears to be that of a normal human, wearing a grey shirt and blue jeans, yet the clothes act as normal Navi armor. He has fox ears and a fox tail as well, due to the failed machines ability to add custom features to the Navi that machine turns a human into. Has long brown hair which will sometimes be tied back and brown eyes. A generally kind person, he tends to be hyper around friends and can be competitive in a fight.

Operator: Genis Kousetsu

Operator Desc.: Skwuck's twin brother, who knew about the failed project and sought out to find his brother on the Net by asking for his friends' help. After doing so, he decided to team up with Skwuck and become his operator. They generally make a good team. As Skwuck fights, Genis will generally be trying to watch his back with sharp eyes, trying to figure out what he can about Skwuck's opponent and relaying the information to him. Tending to be like his brother, he wears mostly blue clothes, though his hair is slightly shorter than Skwuck's.

Navi Name: Shadow.EXE
Navi Desc.: Black suit with red armor on his chest, arms, and legs. Symbol looks kinda' like a flame and is on his helmet, chest and hands. He has long black hair and brown eyes, but no one has ever seen his eyes, because he keeps them hidded behind a black visor. He also wears a black cloak most of the time to hide an open wound. He is silent and unfriendly, and even though he needs help, he won't tell anyone. Deep down he misses his brother whom he believes to have been deleted, and his Net-op, but he won't admit it. Shadow has a strong sense of justice and will help people who need him, but then as his name suggests, he disappears into the shadows. He wants friends, but is afraid he will let the same thing happen to them that he did his brother.

Weapon: Phoenix Blade
Operator: Ash Kiyama
Operator Desc.: tall well built lad with black hair and brown eyes. Like's to wear loosely fitting clothing and tennis shoes. He is quiet, but not as strange as Shadow. They got along quite well until Shadow was in a terrible accident, then disappeared. He misses him still, but can't find him anywhere. Right now, he uses a standard navi.

Navi Description:
Proto is rough and cold, and mainly silent. He reacts violently at times, with high strength. He is very analytical, and his mind is as sharp as his claws. His sword on his left arm is his main weapon, always burning with a crimson glow.
Element:Fire
Weapon: Raiga, a crimson fire blade attached to Proto's arm. It has an improved air to friction heat ratio, and flames when swung.
Operator: Ross
Operator Description: Ross is well built. He isn't overly muscular, but isn't weak. His hair is brown and covers his brow, then his ears on the sides, and ends just above his shoulders in the back. He normally wears a green hoody, with a tee shirt with a comcial line on it, and a dark blue shade of blue jeans, with green and white Circa's.
