I have hears that you have to get MMBN5: Double team DS to get bass cross. You have to put a completely beaten game on MMBN 5 with the bass mark on the screen, meaning you've beaten his Omega form, into the GBA slot on the DS.
If you wanted to get it on GBA, you would've had to go to the movie screening in Japan. I missed that one...
