Title: Whos your favorite MMBN boss?

Pikachu - June 14, 2008 05:33 PM (GMT)
I like Falzar since hes harder to hit. But trust me,if I ever get MMBN6 Falzar im gonna be stuck on DiveMan's level. (Damn Sharks! >.>) But if I ever get through im gonna be destroying my MMBN6 Falzar after a little later in game. Why?

Cyber Crow 9999: LOL *peck*
Lan: GOD DAMNIT. WORK FASTER COLE!!
Me (Cole): IM TRYING!!
Tenguman: THATS THE 9999TH CYBER CROW AND WE ARE STILL IN GREEN AREA 1! >_<
Cole: Lets try this again...

Later...

Cyber Crow 10000: LOL *peck*
Lan,Cole and Tenguman: GOD DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No it isn't. I beat BN6 in 20 hours.

SonicRulez - June 14, 2008 07:40 PM (GMT)
I beat BN6 within the weekend I bought it. It was almost too easy, like a step under BN5 but way over BN3. My favorite boss would easily be Duo. I hate him, because it took me a year(I went on a hiatus after I couldn't beat him in my 1st two tries) to defeat him. I finally took him out though, and he's the greatest MMBN Final Boss in my book.

Life Virus- Laughable
Gospel- Easy
Alpha- Pretty decent
Nebula Grey- Hard
Falzar- Medium

I'd have to go with Gospel. I didn't find the other bosses any more difficult, really (with the exception of Duo, I seem to recall some annoyance with that boss), and anything BN2 makes me go all nostalgic. Plus, Gospel just looked damn cool, not to mention that Bass/Gospel fusion... That's some good art. So Gospel it is, in my opinion.

Grimm - June 14, 2008 08:26 PM (GMT)
I'll have to go with Rose on this one. Anyways, if I remember correctly, without Gospel, there would be no Gregar. Also, he's the only boss that's appeared in the games afterwords, with the exception of MMBN6.

It's the opposite way around Grimm. Without Gregar, Sean wouldn't have gotten the design for Gospel.

lol Duo only gets hard on your 3rd or fourth time through, forgot which one i'm on...hmm i should go beat that game again... too bad i'm too used to RnR's style of play...

and Nebula Gray= EASY all bosses were easy (well the ones i played)
Duo is the only one that took more than 2 tries... it takes me about 5 tries then i beat him, now if i don't dodge everything my hp drops from 2,000+ to 0 +_+

MarkHurinachi - June 16, 2008 01:46 PM (GMT)
DUO is the hardest i had a little trouble with alpha but i made it through in 2 tries but Duo took me 4 tries on normal 4 on hard and 5 on super hard i can dodge his attacks its just that i almost always never hit him when the center is red thats how i die from 1950 to 0

Heres my rating board for the bosses:

Life Virus- Very Easy (Easy to hit and low HP but has a Lifeaura.)
Gospel- Normal (Hard to hit. OPEN YOUR GOD DAMN MOUTH GOSPEL!)
Alpha- Hard (He can damage a lot plus it takes long to get to his weak spot.)
Duo- Easy (Many of you think im CRAZY but im not joking. Compared to me he looks easy because you can use areagrab and hack at him with lifeswords and those 6 panel range in front of you attacks. The annoying part his the laser and rings along with the face attack.)
Nebula Grey- Easy (This battle should be a piece of cake with Airshoes but you have to hit the flame.)
Falzar- Very Hard (Hes hard to hit once he has no panels and is flying around the place. He also has this attack that is HORRIBLY bad *he charges at your panels first bottom then top*. No panel chips, areagrab and stuff like that.
Gregar- Normal (Kind of hard to hit but easy. You can take him down with a Bass+50+Dblpoint probaly.Beware of Dblpoint. With Dblpoint,Gregar's flame breath can hurt you no matter what.)

Ah, okay. I knew they worked together somehow, just couldn't remember how. And Gospel still looks cooler than Gregar. Oh, and Cole (or Pikachu, or whoever the hell you are), for a simple way to defeat Alpha, equip a wood style and have your attack maxed out. Charge up a tornado and shoot him. The repeated attacks will take out his gel wall, then use a powerful chip (I like Bass GS X) to finish him off.

Bass FTW. Rofl.
