Alright. So I bought pack of some sort of soy drink called "Vitasoy". The funny thing is, you expect soy to be healthy. One carton (small box, like the box used for Hi-C and other drinks, 250 mL), has 140 calories, 30 fat calories, 3.5 grams of fat, .5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of Trans fat, 0 mg of cholesterol, 50 mg of sodium, 19 grams of carbohydrates, 0 grams of fiber, 16 grams of sugar, 7 grams of protein, and no vitamins whatsover. So, overall, it either lacks nutrients or doesn't have any at all. The funniest is the fact that it has no vitamins despite it's name "Vitasoy".
I felt like bringing this up because I'm drinking it right now. It's tastes okay, though.

That's like drinking Gatorade.
