Title: MMbn collection
Description: wouldn't it be kool if one were made

Wouldn't it be kool if capcom made a Megaman battle network collection for either the Wii (i have a wii :D ) or the gamecube? Maybe with voice actors, and the addition of Zero.exe to the games. That'd be cool.
Give your opinion.

I doubt it would ever happen, or at least for a good 5-10 or so years. With BN 1, 2 and NT it could, but not for the whole series due to the fact that BN 3-6 have two versions instead of 1 and for the most part you need both games to complete some end-game events. Could they fuse the two games data into one? Yes, but even then I wouldn't expect something like such to be out for another 5-10 years. Look at the classic and X collections, those got released years after they first came out.
Also, Zero.EXE appeared in Network Transmission and because of how the story was told would never again appear in the BN games. I don't know if people just don't know about NT or don't consider it a part of the BN storyline or what. Sorry Zero fanboys, but it will NEVER happen.

easy solution to that, make 2 differnt versions with BN3 Blue, BN4 Blue Moon, BN5 Team Colonel, BN6 Felzar on one and the other on another one, but that would be cool though, but CAPCOM can put all of them together, they did with BN5 Double Team (i think it was 5, the gave a differnt number to it i think) on DS
what would be better though if CAPCOM re-released the Battle Network game inline with the stroyline of NT Warrior so that way Alpha is the guard of the Undernet, you get to explore Net City, Serinade is the lord of the Undernet, Megaman becomes the new lord later on (as far as i read in the profiles) and the whole Cross Fusion thing for Megaman and Lan (Fight BN Style in the real world against Nebula and the Darkloids, and have Bass as a real part in the stroy insted of being a hidden boss in 4 of the games (BN2 he's the second last boss before Gospel and in BN3 he gets tricked by Wily)

Yes, it was BN5 Double Team, the first, and possibly, last time they made a combination-version.

capcom should really combine the versions and put it on an mmbn collection. make the price the sum of all the prices when bought individually, or even double the price. I'd buy it, regardless of what happens
though capcom wouldn't do it...lazy bums

The price shouldn't be the added prices of each individual games! That'd be madness, and would probably be about $500. It should be the regular price of a well created game like Halo.

Not a very valid point Chibi. They didn't have such advanced technology back then, so, there was no possibility of a collection, maybe a boxed set, but not all on one disc/cartridge. Such an idea was madness. Now...10 games on one in the Classic Collection. Why? Old graphics on new 3-D proportioned games- 3-D games have great depth and stuff, but some are too short. TOS is an example of HOLY CRAP. 2 discs with that much story and battle? AWESOME. So, 1 disc for 8 different 8-bit games, 1 16-bit game, and 1 32-bit games, WITH the added material, was a stroke of greatness for those too young to know of the first generation. They can now re-experience the HELL older gamers were put through, but with knowing the story!
A BN collection is ridiculous. NO. That many games on a collection, no, no no. They ended BN, then made Ryuusei and ZX. Which both have sequels very soon. Awesome.
Basically, BN boxed set or editing old games is a no. MAYBE as Chibi said, a BN1, NT, and BN2, but with so many versions, its impossible. Or very unlikely. Ex: Well, Double Team? Not easy on the Wii, unless you have the freakin thing plugged to a DS with the cart loaded.
Capcom games on Nintendo system? BLASPHEMER! Oh, wait...shit...DS/SP/GC....Nevermind that then.
Faiyukan - July 9, 2007 06:45 PM (GMT)
Why are Capcom games on Nintendo systems blasphemy? Almost every Megaman game was on a Nintendo System. I do admit though that they do seem more fit to be on Sony's systems.

What do you think I said afterwards?

Megaman Battle Network: Collection? I doubt we'll hear about it anytime soon. Capcom is now busy making money wits Starforce and ZX(I hate them both, cause I haven't played yet...they taunt me so)
