Title: Elec V/S Axel
Description: :slowpoke:

ElecNinja - June 21, 2007 02:11 PM (GMT)
Akirai stood in the middle of a grassy area of the Net. He felt the warm wind brush up against him as a calm breeze filled the area. He closed his eyes and took deep breaths, maintaining a state of meditation. He stood still in the area, as still and a statue, and also appeared to be as lifeless as one. He was waiting, for some reason he was waiting; waiting for what or whom, he didn't really know; all that he knew was that he was waiting; how long his wait will be, that's up to fate to decide.

He breathed out and relaxed. He untied his katana from his sash and placed it on his left side as he sat on the grass. Then he laid down on the grass, staring into the Net's sky. Waiting.

[OOC: I'm sorry. But I wanted to try see how I did with this joke character.]

"Genji Two is an action video game..." Benkei muttered to himself as he skipped through the grassy fields. He spotted a samurai-like character sitting idly in the grass, deep in meditation. Benkei hesitated, then decided to step forward.

"Hey! You!" Benkei yelled. "Does the game feature massive seabattles!?"

ElecNinja - June 22, 2007 01:02 PM (GMT)
OOC: lol
And don't say sorry, it's your decision to who you want to use.
I kind of dislike it when people say sorry needlessly.
=/
Oh, and when are you going to make the team?
<.<

Before Akirai could lay down, an obnoxious navi appeared, shouting some random question. Massive seabattles? There's hardly a sea in the Net.

Akirai stood up, picked up his katana and tied it to his sash, and walked towards the loud navi. He walked slowly as he was in no rush. When he was in normal speaking range, he answered the navi's question in probably more detail than he needed, "This 'game' is whatever you want it to be. Though this 'game' is quite literally my life. In this 'game,' you can manipulate 1's and 0's to whatever you want."

"So yes, there can be 'massive seabattles' here. Though the primary purpose of most navis is to fight." Akirai concluded as he unsheathed his katana quickly with his right hand, stopping the swinging motion at his shoulders and then bringing the katana down so that the tip of the katana was barely two inches from the grass.

[OOC: Oh, sorr -- er, I mean, yeah. :psyduck: Hiro hasn't been on in a while, so I think I'll have to find another team member... and we still didn't decide on the name. D:]

Benkei blinked. "So..." he sputtered, "What I'll do is use... Benkei, here... to... ahem... flip this crab... on its back." With strange precision, he dashed forward, whirling his naginata above his head wildly. The blade fixed to the pole, or naginata, reflected blinding light in the digital sun.

"And you attack its weakpoint for... massive damage!"

ElecNinja - June 22, 2007 10:12 PM (GMT)
OOC: ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US Team.
:slowpoke:

-------------

Akirai laughed as the navi dashed at him with his naginata spinning furiously over his head; why wouldn't it be funny when what seemed to be a complete retard be in fact a type of drunken fighter.

He dashed to the right to avoid the navi's mad dash, while he raised his katana to strike down, if the navi turn towards him.

Axel - June 22, 2007 10:47 PM (GMT)
[I was thinking something Sony Press Conference-derived, but whatever.]

Benkei's eyes flickered. Although he appeared retarded as a fighter, his mind was actually... retarded. He dashed towards the right, his naginata still spinning above him.

ElecNinja - June 23, 2007 12:19 AM (GMT)
OOC: lol.
What? Massive Damage Team?

Akirai brought his katana down, hard on the naginata. He knew that it would most likely be blocked, even the retarded had some basic survival instincts, for the most part. And when the blade struck the naginata, the body, or the ground, he would then release the handle, jumped backwards while turning his body in a clockwise motion, then grabbed the handle of the katana again. The very end of the katana detached from the rest of the handle and out appeared a chain. Grabbing onto the chain, Akirai dashed in the direction just to the right of the navi, dragging the chain with him.

After the chain ran out and became tight, Akirai stopped running and turned around to face the navi while pulling the chain to bring back his katana. Akirai was now about the same distance away from the navi as when he started talking to him.

Axel - June 26, 2007 02:44 AM (GMT)
[Work on your past and present tense words. It's kind of confusing. x_x By the way, SPZ told me that Hiro's almost done with school. Maybe then we can make a team.]

Benkei stared at the chain. He looked back up at Akirai, then back down at the chain. He scratched his head.
"That chain looks like it could perform massive damage, but..."
Benkei removed the blade of his naginata and revealed a rubber ducky beneath it, affixed to the pole.
"Prepare for a massive seabattle!"

ElecNinja - June 26, 2007 03:52 AM (GMT)
OOC: Yeah...
Dang TCs
TCs!
English class thing.

-------------------------

As the chain started winding back towards Akirai, he started to twirl it around in a horizontal circle; the blade spun faster and faster and created a slice in the dirt as the blade touched the ground.

But, Akirai couldn't hold his laughter as he saw his opponent produce a rubber ducky, and he lost control of the spinning motion, which sent the blade high up into the sky. The blade landed almost vertically in the ground, stuck up until the start of the handle, the guard barely touched the dirt on the ground.

Akirai tugged on the chain, but to no avail; the blade was firmly stuck in the dirt; oh well, he could deal with the situation. Now, all he had to do was wait to see what this 'massive seabattle' was going to bring.

OOC: Hope that's better.
