Remix was lazily loafing around, sitting in a fruit orchard and taking bites of a peach.
"If anyone attacks me again, I swear I'm gonna..."he mumbled on and on continuously.
Remix fell asleep, leaned against a tree with a half eaten peach in his hand.

"I hate Mondays," Kayne muttered. "Don't you?"

"Yeah." The Navi was drinking some sort of corrupted data. "Why don't we netbattle?"

"Fine, fine," Kayne walked out of the bar and walked around asking for a challenge. The navi, named NightShade, looked around the Net also. (OOC: Is Remix human or Navi?)

OOC:Remix is the navi, but he has the tendency of eating fruit. The operator is Ferye.

Remix woke up from his nap to be surprised that no one has attacked him, yet.
"Well, if this isn't a new record, I don't know what is." Remix said.

"Hey," Nightshade said to Kayne. "Look, a Navi. Sitting there, eating his fruit. It sickens me." He threw his blade and hit the fruit. "Hey! Short, bright and ugly! I challenge you to a battle!"

"Looks like someone's PMS."Remix yelled."Yeah, sure. Let's fight. By the way, another new record. You're the first to ask for a battle. Everyone else just tries to kill me in my sleep."

"Who's PMSing?" Nightshade growled, then sent his shadow to attack Remix.

Remix had never seen a shadow attack, so he kept his distance, leaping from spot to spot, trying to avoid the shadow.

"A shadow can come up from anywhere, bro," Nightshade came up behind Remix and stabbed. "Even behind you."

"I see. But stabbing isn't very effective, especially on me." Remix said as he placed his hand on himself and loosened his data, giving him a ghost appearance. After getting out of the way, he resolidified.

"Hm. Invis," Nightshade laughed. "But it loses ability after a while. I'll just wait until then..."

"Not really. Anyone who fought me knows about my ability to reconfigure data. Its my trademark, actually." Remix said.

Nightshade got a sonar reading. "Gotcha," he said, throwing his sword quickly where Remix was.

Remix reacted by grabbing the sword and tossing it back at Nightshade, and accidently cut his hand a bit.

"Just noticed my razor sharp nodachi?" Nightshade laughed a bit, then followed the data trail that led to Remix, and slashed again.

"Yeah." Remix replied as he used a Sword S to counter the nodachi.

(Don't have to use a Code, you know. BTW, I made your Mission on NT.)

"Not bad," Nightshade admitted, jumping back. "But it's still not enough. HeavyCannon!" A blue cannon appeared on Nightshade's shoulder and it fired.

Remix performed a barrel roll, only slightly avoiding the blast.

At the end of Remix's roll, a shadow grabbed his legs and molded them to the ground. "Die!" Nightshade yelled, slashing quickly at his opponent.

Remix reconfigured the blades data into rubber temporarily, preventing any serious harm done to him, however, getting hit by a rubber sword still kinda hurts. Remix used his Remix Buster to blast the shadows and jump away.

(Eew. Rubber sword...)

While the sword was still in its toy-like state, Nightshade smacked the ground, leaving a giant crater in the ground. He jumped in and filled it with black energy which he then froze onto his arm. "Dark Meteor!" he called, jumping up and speeding down towards Remix. "Reconfiguration doesn't work on Dark Matter!"

"True. But who says I need reconfiguration?!" Remix yelled. He placed his hands on the ground, which soon began to crack, and from the cracks glowed a brilliant emerald green aura.
"My special chip, RemixTwist." Remix stated.

"Fool!" Nightshade yelled. "Take a Special Chip Combo! Thrust Shower!"

Right away, Nightshade took his arm off the meteor and charged energy in his Blade. As fast as he could slash, he hit the meteor with all his might. As a crack formed in the rock, he kicked it and the shards scattered like a giant meteor shower headed straight for Remix. When the debris settled, Nightshade was left with a heavily damaged arm and a cracked helmet.

"That's not the end!" Remix yelled as the ground opened up and shots of green energy shot out, countering the countless shards, but Remix was sstill left with a few scars.

"So now we're both beat up," Nightshade laughed, sitting down. "Ahh, my arm hurts."

"Whatever." Remix said as he activated his Remix Buster and shot rounds at Nightshade.

Nightshade snapped his fingers, and his blade swung, deflecting some of the rounds back toward Remix. "Crap, I'm reaching critical damage. I take any more hits, and..."

Remix jumped to the side to avoid damage, but was still seared on the side by a shot.

Nightshade got the strength to activate the InfinityVulcan that his Op gave him and fired.

Remix yelled to his op,"Ferye, send me a Widesword."
Ferye replied,"what are you going to do with it, slash at him? He's friggin' got a gun!"
"Trust me." Remix answered.

Ferye sent the chip and Remix activated it. Using the Widesword, he blocked some bullets.

As Remix blocked, Nightshade merged with the shadows and appeared behind Remix, stabbing all of his critical points. "Game over," he laughed.

"Not really." Remix said as he crumbled into a pile of dirt.
"That my friend, is my reconfiguration ability, yet again." the real Remix said and chuckling from on top of a tree. He began to shoot with his Remix Buster.

(Damn that reconfiguration ability!)

A quick snap of the fingers deflected all of the shots. "Then take this!" he said, muttering a chant. A black circle, outlined by red fire surrounded him and Remix. "Lock!" He yelled, then sighed. "At least that reconfiguration won't work anymore." He merged with the shadows again, and stayed there.

"Shadows won't work forever, my boy!" Remix yelled as he began charging his buster until it glowed with the intensity of a thousnad white suns. It was so bright that no longer could shadows be seen.
"I don't know how long I can keep this up..."

"Not long enough," Nightshade muttered. "Besides, my body is merged with the shadows. Even if you do that, I just vanish with the darkness." He reappeared behind the tree and stabbed Remix's crititcal points again, and vanished into the shadows again.

"Asswipe." Remix grunted as he coughed up some blood. He shot with his Remixbuster at everywhere.

Nightshade's sword appeared under Remix and slashed his legs. He appeared right in front of Remix. "You're so dead, unless you can Lock my Shadow- whoops, if I told you the whole thing, you could lock it easily!"
