It has been five years since the great CyBeasts were defeated and destroyed.
Now DenCity seems calm and a little boring, the NET Police has enforced special restrictions.

1: Net Battles connot be done with a license.
2: Virus Busting must be done by Official Navis.
3: Central Area 3 and Sky Area 2 are closed off too all Net Navis.

These are three new laws that were enfored by the Electopian Net Police.
But deep in the Underground, lies a world of Beastized Net Navis, these navis are slowly creeping into the local net, spreading a virus that changes a Net Navis core data into ethier a Falzar or Gregar Core.

The Net Police wish to make sure that no Public Net Navis get involved, and if a public/Local net navi ish to get involved they shall be declared for Deletion.

Besides this, there is a certain program called the Key Core hiddon deep in the Net. If it is destroyed, the net well be cut off from the Real World.
