A penthouse.
Pizza and chips.

Unless you want a bunch of teenagers grinding, just watch out. Have a good variety on the music, and- well, hope no one gets too friendly and decides to go upstairs. Or maybe you want that, I don't know. I just know I wouldn't want people doing the vertical tango in my house.

Have something planned, like capture the flag. That is a fun game to do with lots of people. Or just go down to your basement and blast music and do whatever. Make sure there is a lot of food though. It will go fast.

go ahead and have whoever you want at your party just have these:

food
drinks(alcahol is a no-no if anyone shows up with beer or anything like that eather send them away or tell them to throw it away)
music
more food
games(like halo/halo 2 and games like that)
other games(like CTF or something like that)
no profanity(well i would strongly recoment against it because if something happend then you wouldnt have a very good crowd. you would be the "they did it at his house" guy and that wouldnt always be good)
ADULT SUPERVISION(this keeps badthings from happening like haveing sex or getting drunk)

i have a badge that says 'genuine nerd' on it. i have it on my school uniform. but, i don't think i'm a nerd. quater nerd, maybe.

you need:
malibu (great starting alahol, its rum with coconut in, so it tastes sweet) i am here presuming you need a starting alachol. otherwise, cider. cheap, and gets you well pissed. if there are ritch people, then make them bring whisky. prime drink.

weed. try and get the pure stuff, as tobaco is bad for you (like you didn't know) but, i dunno, wherever you live it may be costly, so mix it. DONT try spiced weed if its offerd, thats just a rollie with a teensy bit in.

food. pizza is a good one.

music. now, in my experince, no matter what music you like, you will dance to hardcore srum and bass (maybe they dont have drum and bass in canada...). if you have acid, all the better. otherwise have popurlirist bands, but not emo ones.

sex. its fine. prepare a room for it.

Ahahahahaha thank you Mixtil! See folks this kids 13 n he knows his shit! Rum and cokes are an excellent starting drink because done right they taste like coke, if you can't afford the rum then I'd suggest beer because the taste isnt good but its super cheap and the drunk is an excellent one. Make sure anyone coming to this party knows that if they get sick n shit its their own problem and had better be able to handle themselves and make sure that everyone who has weed knows where n when to smoke it.

Just make sure everyone who drinks knows how to handle themselves when they're drunk. personally if I know that I'm gonna start puking then i leave n go home.
