Title: Would you rather have...?
'Ivan - September 12, 2005 01:18 AM (GMT)
Would you rather have:
A son/daughter EXTREMELY struggling in school AND sports: We're talking REALLY bad here. Like, an entire grade level or two below his/her own in ability, horrible at sports. The kid isn't mentally disabled in any, but SOMETHING went wrong somewhere, that's for sure.
A very intelligent son/daughter that only does work when he/she wants: Like...excels at everything he/she puts his mind to, but doesn't put his/her mind to much concerning school and/or sports. Bad work ethic.
Edit: Purely short-term.

I think I'd rather have the first,as long as he/she continues trying and doesn't give up,he/she could easily do well in life, while a lazy person just wouldn't work, and would have trouble getting a job because of slacking.

Option two. Then they'd be more like me.
The Entertainer - September 12, 2005 01:29 AM (GMT)
Number one.
I don't want no slack, bitch.
Alex - September 12, 2005 01:45 AM (GMT)
Number two since it's closer to me then number one is.
Sojourn - September 12, 2005 01:47 AM (GMT)
number two baecause its more like me
Durendal - September 12, 2005 02:10 AM (GMT)
Number 2 because it basicly describes me.
Phantom - September 12, 2005 02:40 AM (GMT)
i would choose the option 3: none ... but since there is no option 3, i will choose the number 2 ...
aiscool - September 12, 2005 02:43 AM (GMT)
two because responsibility can be learned, but if some one is just bad at everything it is really hard to change
Kaden - September 12, 2005 02:45 AM (GMT)
Second... reminds me of myself...
Sojourn - September 12, 2005 03:53 AM (GMT)

Míxtil_<3_fish! - September 12, 2005 05:40 PM (GMT)

I'd rather have a wife and a job with income, then worry about the kids.
And I'd like corporal punishment as an option, and when my parents yell I've even told them, in all seriousness, that I probably should be getting a beating. I always feel very guilty AFTER I mess up.
I'd rather not have children until I start working. I fit into option 2, though I'm semi-athletic, but I wouldn't want to deal with option 2 until I started working more (though I've been a lot more dedicated this year).

Don't worry username, we still rox.
Chainsaw Buddy Chi - October 19, 2005 03:38 AM (GMT)
number one, NOT number two, im like that and im not that successful XD pity pity....
Hiei - October 19, 2005 05:03 AM (GMT)
I'm a perfect example of the second one. B) Except even without doing work, I still manage to get good grades in school.
Taoma - October 19, 2005 06:24 PM (GMT)
Same as what Hiei said ^_^ its like me as well
Axem Titanium - October 20, 2005 02:10 AM (GMT)
I see myself in option 2. I wouldn't go with option 1 at the risk of sounding hypocritical.
