I hate secrets. I've had so many about me told to other people and i don't find out for a long time and it ends up being mixed up or misunderstood. Anyone have problem like that? How do you get a secret out of someone?

Oh that happens alot in school. You gotta laugh at some rumors people actually spread though. I usually manipulate people into giving me any information I want...

well, i've gotten a bunch that were true but it was misunderstood about what happened. I really bothered me.

its easy to get over if you are always honest (from the start ahem ahem ahem).

Ahem. Almost always honest. and aiscool. You know about the secret and I was honest about it. There's nothing i can do to keep people from making secrets. oh and aiscool, none of the secrets we know of are said on the internet, anywhere.

I can't think of any secrets about myself...

and I generally don't tell anyone about secrets, because secrets don't excite me. And most gossipy people in my school are boring people.

EDIT-Generally, people won't tell you something unless they want to already, I've found.

I don't usually tell secrets either, but people have been telling secrets about me and it sucks. I hate it.

good question, I'm started to consider torture, or at least blackmail. I hate being out of the loop *cough*read my sig*cough*. you really shouldn't be asking this question seeing as how you are doing the same thing, at least to me.

hey but a lot of the stuff is secrets that others have entrusted me with and I wont break that trust.

I think, in order to keep secrets from being spread about you, that you should only tell people who have consistently proven their trustworthyness time and time again. It's never good to tell people who you like, if they can't resist telling the next person they see.

Also, it's always good to never spread secrets, yourself. Especially if it's something that one of your best friends entrusted to you. If you learn to suppress the urge to blurt out things, you become more trustworthy, and, less likely to have bad rumours spread about you.

Personally... I can't remember a bad rumour spread about me. I'm pretty sure my English final mark got around pretty quick, and stuff like that, but, if anything bad has gone around about me, I either haven't heard it yet, or it isn't serious. *knocks on wood*

My best friend, though, had a rumour spread about her... worst thing is, it was true. See, there's a rather big age difference between her and her boyfriend.... -_-

Well i didn't do anything about the secret that was told to a couple of people about me. It just got spread. and it really sucks.

ok, that's one down I guess, I just thought there was more behind yours. you hinted at some trust issue that sounded like a different matter than the one we discussed, but if you say that's all, I guess I'll take your word for it. mm also said there was something that you and him would discuss with me, but never and there's the matter with you and the_great_tanin, I'm sure you know what I mean.

doesn't help the rest of us when you continue to secret keep yourself :(

yeah I slipped up that time. I know an exuse is not going to do any good, but I will try anyway.

it would have been different if I actualy knew the person it was about. it was driving me crazy that the one person didnt let me meet another person.

plus, even besides that, I don't see how the thing we discussed has ANYTHING to do with trust

i dunno secrets can be good if they are from girls...i hear lots from friends of friends...but if it is like from guys it is normally somehting bad and makes you hopping mad :hopping:...but other than that they can be good if you get the draft of what i am saying...lol B)

Hah a few weeks ago I told a girl in my school I had a crush on her and she said she wouldn't tell.(Even though I knew she would) A few weeks later I heard from another girl that she says that lots of people know. Weird thing is I never knew that so many people knew.

Basically don't tell anyone your secrets unless you don't care about everyone else knowing. ;)
