anyone else think it isn't fair that Pondy gets a shot recruiting everyone who PMs him for approval? I think that someone more neutral (or at least someone with a smaller country) should take care of that.

I get what you are saying, but quite frankly, any staff member can approve profiles; Pondy just happens to be active and dedicated. I can't penalize him for being overly helpful compared to others.

I'm going to propose this right now.

15 member populations limit until each country has 10 members or more.

yea, just because he is on a lot and trains a lot doesn't mean that he has to wait until the country he wants to attack is the same level. If the countries want to defend then the should level up just as fast.

Pondy can train all he wants, it's perfectly fair. It's others fault for not training as much. Simple as that.
