The pictures used in the FEW banner are taken from crossEMPIRE, a site that I respect that is home to one of the most talented Fire Emblem fanartists I've ever seen. To see her work posted without her consent or knowledge seems like stealing to me, and I'd at least like credit to be given to her.

After all, I can't ask her permission... I have to reinstall my Japanese pack. x.x That takes too long, you know?

Yes, he made it, but it seems to me to be rather irresponsible for us to continue using the banner when we know for a fact that the art does not belong to us and instead defer all responsibility to Phantom.

I'd read her disclaimers, but... I can't read kanji. o.o If someone can read the disclaimers and see if her work can be used in a forum, then we're good to go. Otherwise, someone's either going to ask her permission over email...

Or we can just put a little comment somewhere around that banner giving credit to her. *Shrugs*
