Which is more important? Should a board be built around it's members, or should a single jackass(literally a donkey) get his way and put it how he thinks the board should be?

With the secend, some other staff members who used to care have gone into "oh, I don't care anymore, so I'll just let this guy who the entire board can see through have his way." This is all after the board loses its life through several of the best left for thier real lives. Yes, it is sad, but it should go this way.

A board should be built around around the members and what they want, not the members having to listen to a single fool trying to take over, after he had a chance at adminship, and did nothing to help the board.

All of this is FEW, put bluntly. The board's majority righfully hates him and his yesman, who used to be a nice guy, and he has done nothing to help us. A new look? So what?

What do you all think? Should a board be based on the staff who run it or the members who enjoy it? Should it be a mix of both? (For FEW and it's size, this has ended. We used to be this way, but then we grew.)

Members who enjoy it, naturally. It should be that way, or a mix of both. If a board is run only by it's staff it isn't enjoyed as much as if the members had more say in matters. That is common sense, after all...

The members should be the ones who chose the changes for the site and the staff should orcastrate it or everytime the staff wishes to make a change the members should be able to vote on it not just how much they like it or hate it.

Should I assume you mean me in the fourth paragraph? If so, just because I share some ideas with Hiei, does not mean I am his "yesman," I also oppose a fair ammount of his ideas.

I'm only here to give my suggestions and peace out. If you've got a problem, you can take it with me privately. I actually talk to 'Ivan on MSN a lot and he doesn't seem nearly as harsh as you do about my actions.

Anyways, I haven't made any changes that the members are against. Not that I know of, atleast.

Hiei, sometimes you mean to type one thing, and it comes out the complete other way. The post was supposed to come out as 1 paragraph hating you, and the rest neutral. I guess I messed it up. That's what happens when you find it easy to hate people. ^_^ I am desperately sorry, but I feel better after saying what needed to be said. Wait, Strike, unless I've misread what you've wriiten, you basically flamed the root administrator of this forum. Something's wrong with the staff around here. o_O

Not at all. That's not what it was meant as. I was just saying, as he has said several times as well, that he doesn't do anything around here. Also, he downright says Hiei stepped out of his designated "box" by taking away Aien's ability to see the Staff Forum. Even though he said that, he took no action. If you want it bluntly said:

Karn, you're not doing your job, and you know it.

I might have to agree on that, despite my not being here that long; but I haven't really seen him post alot around here, and from what I've been told, he made Hiei and Ultima admins because you guys were in need of active ones.

You should be demoted yourself Strike. You're an uneccessary part of this team. Anyways, enough flaming.
