From now on, only Arbiters and the others who I have sanctioned can approve profiles. This means that in the arbiter test, there will now be a part where you prove you can make characters correctly. Those that are not Arbiters, but have been told by me that they are allowed to approve profiles, may still do so. However, from now on you must test to become an Arbiter in order to approve profiles.
