Yes folks, it's really true. FEW is having a official Text RP.

Some Qualities:

Ties in with the Stat RP
Custom Classes and Weapons
Levels and Weapon(s) [uses] carry over
Same World Map
Levels gained can transfer over to Stat
Moderators who actually know what they're doing
Official, and 'for fun' Roleplay's
Beginner and Expert levels of Roleplay

So wait for the Reset to end and enjoy one of the new features of FEW!

SCORE! I love text RPGs! Will they pick mods to moderate this as well as the stat rpg? And, will they be separate, or conjoined?

I'm under the assumption that we will most likely need more Game Master's, but that will have to be waited upon.

Anyway, I created the basic structure for the RP, we've got some RP Moderators that were RP Mods on FEP here, Karn is writing a backstory, and I hope that Trace Stratus can help lead it. He's been rooting for one, I've heard.

RoD=Realm of Dragons....it was a text Rp that only people who signed up and were admitted were allowed to take part in...it was combination stat RP and text Rp....it was kinda weird, but cool....I couldn't keep up with it...

New Classes and such are up to the Forum Team, not the RP Team.

In stat rps, which I'm guessing is what you're used to, you make your character stronger by fighting other enemies and gaining experience, but in Text RPGs, you use words to explain what you are about to do like, "Longinus grabs his Spear, ready to go, and rushes forward into battle, throwing his spear into an oncoming enemy, then pulls it out of the fallen foes corpse and thrusts it into a sword-bearer coming towards him."

Like that.....

O, I've done that before. From ToS:NR SotP and GS:SM...you guys probbly never heard of them before. there where jsut some small rp's.

Ooo. a text Rp. Freaking sweet! I love text rps. I've been in like 20 that I actually cared about, and had like 5 of my own on Yahoo (back in the day). I hope it's all up soon and that it works out.
