No, strike, I thought the same thing as Hiei when I saw this topic. The ethic rules or whatever you wanna call em set up in June or so called for everyone's warn levels to go back to 0, but never have them lowered.

They can be lowered, but not monthly. Once people have been good for a while, and they DESERVE to have them lowered, not just because they can go without a warning for a month.
