The reset is eminent, and I thought it would be nice to change a little more than the RPG. As you may have noticed, our member group icons are very old, as are our add reply/start topic buttons. There will be one contest for the member group icons, and one for the reply/quote/new topic buttons. If you plan on entering one of the contests, you must make a button/icon for each field required. The end date for entries is the 17th. Once the entries are in, I will decide which ones to use along with a council of members who have an expert or master rank in graphics.

Required:

Member Group Icons:
Administrator: Blue themed.
Forum Team: Black themed.
G-Mod: Purple themed.
Members: Black/White/Grey. Something that matches any color.
Veteran: Blue themed. Different shade than administrator.
RP Mod: Green themed.
Root Admin: Black themed.

Make sure to keep your synergy. For instance, don't use a sprite on one, and character art on another. Use whatever kind of sprite/character you think represents the group best.

Buttons:







All of the other buttons like that

Also, edit, delete, and report.

Make them all blue themed to match the board. (Avid Blue/Default)

so, will there be any sort of prize for the winner(s) besides the credit and infamy?

Yes, there will be a prize... which is undecided as of now. >_>

Do you have to design ALL of the buttons or just some? Because I would ony design the group icons.

Also, do you have to be expert or master graphics? I somewhat misunderstood what you said up there. :unsure:

Where do you want us to post our stuff and do you want them saved as a certain file name? (jpg, jpeg, bmp ect.)

You must do all of one or both of the categories. You don't have to be expert/master. Expert/masters will decide on the winner, though.

Jpegs are good, I think.

I love Toamas! Must...have...RP Mod...Icon...GAH!

I prefer Taoma's to Crystal's, they look less busy. The backround on crystal's could be plainer. We're not a graphics site, we don't need high end graphics.

That and Taoma's can also be distuinguished by brackround,text and charcter, not jsut text and charcter >_>

I juss think Taoma did a better job blendin' the chars...
