Title: The Everything Judge Related Topic
Description: Lists, How To's, and More

QUOTE
Please note that everything in this post needs UPDATED due to recent rules.

*pokes UB*  You da man!

-Pondy

*Note by Unreal: Also, some of the actual work is wrong aswell, that's what I get for making an all-nighter, and then not looking it over even once.

Okay, Since we somehow lost the big judging topic I think, I wanted to make a new one :)

Section I - How to Become a War Judge
Section II - How to Become an Arbitor
Section III - How to Become a Judge
Section IV - How to Get Vitals
Section V - How to Judge
Section VI - Coming to a Theater Near You

*Note: Since Pondy's so damn un-original, and has to take my list of judges, I no longer need one

HOW TO BECOME A JUDGE
Post a topic Here named judge request or something along the lines, and either wait, or PM judges on the list until 3 of them sign your topic (But don't be annoying about it please, that just makes them less want to sign for you B)), then post Here, after a while, Pondy will get to you and give you your test; for more info on how to judge, it is further down in this topic. If you do it completely right, post in Pondy's topic on the *Note above, and he'll add you to the list. If you mess up though, you'll have to start all over again, and get three more signatures, and in your topic, you most post a link to your first topic, and no-one who signed it last time can sign again.

[Note : From here on down is un-conformed due to the new rules]
HOW TO BECOME A WAR JUDGE
(*NOTE, to apply for war judge, you must be a judge)
PM Pondy and title the topic "War Judge Test" or something of the sorts, and he'll most likely PM you back stating, "Show me that you can judge a Row Battle, by making a table, and having a character from one team attack another, and PM it back"

Personally, I had no clue at all how to set up tables, or anything, so I googled it, and found this website it helped me out quite nicely (If anyone else knows a better website, please post or PM it to me :) ), after you make your table, put a few characters, like 1-3 or so, and then do the same on another table, so that two sides are facing each other, then have one character from a side attack, and then judge as you regularly would, either giving them vitals of real characters from the FEW RPG, or completely made up ones, whichever suits you best, afterwards, show the effects of the attacks, for helpful ness, I'll show my War Judge entry, NEVER, I REPEAT, NEVER COPY FROM SOMEONE ELSE, even if they offer to do it for you, it's against the rules, and why bother? If you can't judge a row battle, why bother being a War Judge

You don't have to do it like that, but I wanted it to be pretty organized, it's just to give you a basic idea on one that'll get you a pass, if you need any help, like how to code, or suggestions, fell free to PM me :)

HOW TO BECOME AN ARBITOR
(*NOTE, to apply to be an Arbitor you must be a war judge)
Okay, you're a war judge YAY!!!! :ihavepie:
.....Right? Oh, a bit picky aren't we huh? Okay now you want to be an Arbitor, first thing to do is PM Pondy again, seeing him quite a bit now aren't we, too bad, he's really actually quite nice most of the time, so PM him and get it over with xD. He'll probably say, "Prove that your active enough, and judge as much as you can", but just to prove me wrong, he might change it XD. anyways, just judge the most you can, but remember, don't judge too much, or you'll lose sleep, and valuable kid time, K? Then again, don't judge too little, cause we still want to be an Arbitor right? I can't really say much here, try to judge around 40+ within the week and your set, for bonus points though, judge some tourney battles if any are around :), if there isn't then you might want to consider hosting one some time or another, check below for tournament stuff :)

HOW TO GET VITALS
QUOTE
Name of Weapon (Uses Left/Uses Max)
HP-
Attack Power-
Attack Speed-
Hit Rate-
Evade-
Critical-
Critical Evade-
Defense-
Resistance-

1)Name of Weapon (Uses Left/Uses Max), put the name of the weapon, and use these "( )" to post your weapon's current uses left (when you battle and successfully hit with a Meele weapon, you lose a weapon use, but with Bows, Staves, and other Magic, when you attack, weather you hit or not, you lose a weapon use)/Weapon uses when weapon bought
2)Hit Points, basically just place your Hit Points there from your stats
3)Attack Power, add your Magic or Strength to you weapon's Might,
4)Attack Speed, if your Constitution is higher then your weapons Weight then just place your speed here if the weapon Weight is higher then use this formula (Your Constitution-Weapon's weight) + Speed which is basically then same besides you take off the difference of you Constitution and Weight of the weapon and add it to your speed. ONLY USE THIS FORMULA IF YOU CONSTITUTION IS LOWER
5)Hit Rate, take your weapon's Accuracy and add it to your Skill times 2, and add that Luck divided by 2, ROUND DOWN, also if your weapon is ranked a "S" then add 5 to your hit rate.
6)Evasion, Multiply your Attack Speed by 2 and add the result to your Luck
7)Critical Hit Rate, Add your weapon's critical, which on alot of D and lower weapons, is 0, but not always, then divide you Skill by 2, ROUND DOWN, again if your weapon is ranked a "S" then add 5 to your critical hit rate.
8)Critical Evasion Rate, just place your luck here, nothing else :P
9)Defense, Post your Defense here, this is where it gets hard......done :)
10)Resistance, This is easily the hardest vital part to find, take your Resistance and place it here, back away, wipe off any sweat, YOUR DONE WITH YOUR VITALS!! Congrats

Now lets put this knowledge to the test, heres one of my characters, Hades at level 3, I haven't done my vitals yet, so here we go, hope you're up for it. :)

QUOTE
Hades's Stats:
Hit Points: 32 (Average)
Magic: 11 (Good)
Skill: 10 (Good)
Speed: 8 (Average)
Luck: 1 (Bad)
Defense: 5 (Bad)
Resistance: 5 (Average)
Move: 5
Consitution: 12
Aid: 11

QUOTE
Flux's Stats:
Usage-28/45
Power-7
Accuracy-80
Critical-0
Weight-8

Name of Weapon (Uses Left/Uses Max) - I just put "Flux" here and put 28/45 since I only have 28 uses left from when I first bought it from the shop, and it came with 45 uses, nice easy start
HP- My Hit Points stat is 32, so I just type in a simple 32
Attack Power- My Magic Strength is 11, and Flux's power is 7, so my Attack Power, or Magic Power is 11+7, which equals 18
Attack Speed- Since my Constitution is 12, and Flux Weight is lower, I place my speed here, which is 8
Hit Rate- Flux's Accuracy is 80, and my skill is 10, which I multiply by 2, giving me 20, and 80+20 is 100, so far I'm at 100, then I take my Luck and divide it by 2, and since my Luck is 1, and I have to ROUND DOWN I gain nothing, so my Hit Rate is 100
Evade- My attack speed is 8, which I multiply be 2, to give me 13, and add that by my luck, which is 1, and 16+1=17, so my Evade is 17
Critical- Flux's critical is 0 so that doesn't help me, and it's a weapon ranked "E", so that doesn't help me either, so I take half my speed, which is 8 so I end up with 4
Critical Evade- My luck is 1, and thats all I need
Defense- Defense is 5, man, I hate the next part, but for now I'll put 5 here
Resistance- *flinch* "You tore the page!!!!" (reference to "The Monster at the End of This Book", pretty funny at a young age) Oh, its only Resistance, which is 5, so I place one there, YAY, Game Ova Man, that's my vitals :)

Now just do the same for your characters, :)

HOW TO JUDGE

First, to judge, you need 2 or more vitals, but this is for one on one only for now, so we'll stick to the usual two, I picked one of my characters, and one of my friends, and have them fight :)
QUOTE
Here's Zetsu Level 0
Flux (40/45)
HP - 18
Attack Power - 13
Attack Speed - 6
Hit Rate - 93
Evade - 15
Critical - 3
Critical Evade - 4
Defense - 2
Resistance - 3

QUOTE
Here's Apollo Level 2
Fire (31/40)
Hit Points 23
Attack Speed 7
Magic Power 13
Hit Rate 105
Evade 18
Critical 3
Critical Evade 2
Defense 2
Resistance 2

First thing is to get the finals, which we'll use to fight with :) just about everyone who judges uses their own way to judge, they'll use it either, its faster, easier, more efficient, or they were shown that way, whatever the case it may be :P. The main things you need for finals are
QUOTE
Hit Points:
Attack Speed:
Damage:
Hit Rate:
Critical:

1 & 2 - For Hit Points and Attack Speed are really simple, all you do is place Hit Points and Attack Speed from their vitals there. Now for the "harder" stuff;Hit Points just means how much damage they can take before dieing/getting knocked out
3 - Damage, this is pretty simple, all you do is take the attack power of the person, and subtract it by the enemies defense or resistance, to decide which one to use, it depends on what type of weapon the person used, if they used Meele, then subtract the attack power by the opponent's defense, if they are using magic though, then subtract by the opponents resistance;Damage is how much Hit Points the person loses when their enemy successfully attacks
4 - Hit Rate's pretty easy, just take the Base Hit Rate from their vitals, and subtract it by the opponent's evade; This is just the chance you'll hit the opponent
5 - Critical, this is exactly the same as Hit Rate, just add a critical, so Base Critical Hit Rate, and Critical Evade; This is the chance that you'll hit a critical, which does 3 times the damage of a regular attack

Once again, now that we know how to do all this, lets get started for practice alight f00? xD

Name, Level: Zetsu, Level 0, Easy, just look at the vitals, :)
Weapon, Uses: Flux(40/45) still easy, just look at weapon vital/stats XD
Hit Points: 18, should be first thing in stats, or just under level
Attack Speed: 6, *yawn* boring huh? might as well get a huge C/Per >.>
Damage: XD, now's where theres some change XD, since Zetsu uses magic, and if you refer to earlier, that means its Magic Power-Resistance, so that would be 13-2 which if my 1st grade math is right, 11
Hit Rate: More math? GEEZ! This one's Base Hit Rate-Apollo's Evade, so I'd say 93-18 so, 75!
Critical: Ah-ha this one should look vaguely familiar, Base Critical Hit Rate-Apollo's Critical Evade and that would be along the lines of...3-4, wow, just a second, I need to get out my calculator......0!

Now that we got everything down, lets do it again, just a bit faster xD
Name, Level: Apollo, Level 2
Weapon, Uses: Fire (31/40)
Hit Points: 23
Attack Speed: 8
Damage: 13-3=10
Hit Rate: 105-15=90
Critical: 3-4=-1.....WAIT, you can't have a negative critical chance silleh, the rule for negatives is make it 0

Alright! Looks like we'll finally get this battle going, let's do this :P
QUOTE
Name, Level: Zetsu, Level 0,
Weapon, Uses: Flux(40/45)
Hit Points: 18
Attack Speed:6
Damage:11
Hit Rate:75
Critical:0

Name, Level: Apollo, Level 2
Weapon, Uses: Fire (31/40)
Hit Points:23
Attack Speed:8
Damage:10
Hit Rate:90
Critical:0

Okay, first thing is to get the finals for both of they characters, which we have here anyways :) . So next would be to get some RNs, so you need to go ask your judge friends for some RNs, which can be found Here and when your an Arbitor, you can do that yourself :), yay huh? But for now, just ask one of the judges to get some RNs, i usually ask by the hundred. But thats just a personal preference 'cause I'm lazy, and I usually judge when no-one else is up, so I can't ask for more while I'm judging anyways :)
I asked my good friend Pondy for some RNs, and he gave me some, so we can use those for this battle :)

QUOTE
68  69 7
7 61 14
100 42 82
47 84 93

Okay, next step is to see who attacks first, to find this out, all you do is look and see whose attacks speed is higher , in case of a tie though, you can either drawn a RN at random (which is usally either the first number from the set your using for the battle, or a completely new RN drawn by itself at the website), or simply just flip the closest thing near you, i've heard of people fliping their keyboard, pillow, shoe, shirt, and even cellphones, although i wouldn't recommend that last one, cellphones can be very fragile :P . Also, if the person who attacks first has 6 or more attack speed then the opponent then they also get to not only attack first, but get to attack twice in a round
So, by taking a quick look at their finals, we can see that Apollo has a higher attack speed, but only by 2, so that mean he'll attack before Zetsu, and they'll both attack only once per round (As mentioned just earlier, if Apollo had six or more attack speed, he would've resulted in attacking twice per a round, so it would be [Apollo, Zetsu, Apollo] and that continuously repeating). So deep breath, we can't prolong it anymore xD, time to judge
Apollo attacks with 90% Hit Rate!
Now that he's going to attack, we need to know weather or not he hits right? Now, to do that we must look at those RNs again, notice how they're in three rows right? Want to know why? Well, weather you want to, you need to anyways xD, first two rows are the “Hit Rate” rows and the 3rd row would be the “Critical” row, and before you say anything, if they were graphed to a table, yes the “rows” would in fact be “columns”, but nevertheless, they are commonly called “rows”, anyways, you have to average the first two rows to see if they hit, and if the average is lower the the hit rate they do hit, then on top of that, you take the third RN, and if it's lower then the critical hit rate, then not only do they hit, they critical, which does three times the normal damage, wow huh?

Well, since my requests of this being deleted are being ignored, maybe I'll just update it to a how-to for everything in the RPG; seeing as I have no life, this should be a good use of my time :P

EDIT: Wow, this was actually going to be pretty big, I'm remembering all the plans I had for this xD

I was just about to go fix all the spelling and grammer errors, but the whole character system might be re-vamped this reset, so all I can do is wait :'(

    You're really lucky.

    1. This is pinned.
    2. You're posting for an update.

    Otherwise, you'd be warn'd for a NECRO.

Just be careful next time, hm?
