Various changes have been made. Besides the starting assets, both the "infrastructure" and "shops/forges/libraries" threads have been updated to reflect changes and corrections of error.

It seems likely, but I'm still a little unsure myself, on whether income is going to be daily rather than weekly rewarded. Either way, it will be updated (that is, expenses get checked and next weeks resources be handed out) once a week.

((On a note from me, because of the modwork it will require we will potentially have to pause the RPG during periods such as spring break if not enough mods will be available. Bringing that up on the proper channels)).

That being the case, it's only for weapons and walls, so at worst you're going to have every country well supplied with weapons. Not really too frown worthy. And you still have to get gold to buy the weapons, and countries are not allowed to hand out X cash to members for no reaosn.

and if a country takes over another countries territories, will they be able to take over their buildings, or is the that dumb destory all buildings 1 turn before the beat us rule gonna be re-added?
