But I took a step forward in my relationship yesterday (well 3 or 4) and it got me thinking.

What is considered loosing your virginity... seeing someone naked or actually feeling and the other things with them... That got me to thinking about what sexual conflicts are... Like... what is considered sexual assault. Doing it with a minor if they agree or doing it with someone the same age as you and they disagree... It's something I've been thinking about and what are some of the things you guys think about it.

If you're above the age of consent and you have sex, even consensual sex, with someone below the age of consent, then it's statutory rape and you can be indicted for it. The age of consent in most U.S. states is 16, which is kind of ironic because there are plenty of people screwing around under 16.

Sad, I live in Virginia, where the Age of Consent is friggin 18... if only I lived in MARYLAND! where it's 16... 20 miles away! T_T... Either way, you only get found out if someone tells on you... Although I don't like the fact that 18x16 is considered "rape"... I mean come on, as the saying goes, you can't rape the willing, right?

In some places--including Ohio-- I'm not sure if it's everywhere, but it's still considered legal if it's 16X18. More than two years [apart] needs consent by parents.

Lades - Truck stop, and gas station, protection might not be the best choice because if they're those individual condoms, you don't know who is putting them in the shelf/in the machine. Some guys like to take needles and poke little wholes into the condoms. Soo... If Dai and his girl really don't want a baby now, then it's advised to go for drug store condoms instead..
