u no that really tall building that u first c? well get 2 that and go up a lil bit 2 the 2 platform (maby 3 one... i forget) then keep going right and u should find it after u get it get 2 top of building then keep going right on top of buildings for a lil bit then u should go 2 the place were u put the keycard in
