I have a broken wrist, so I can't use the joystick on the PS2 controller. I can barely use it on the GC as well, but I found a game that uses the A-B-X-Y-Z-L-R buttons mostly, and please think me no less for this:
YuGiOh! The Falsebound Kingdom.
The franchise is gay as hell, but the gameplay is really really fun... How about releasing a game similar to it, just without the gayness?
