First off, when you're giving a warning, you're supposed to list specific examples of where the person did something wrong, resulting in the person having a clue what the hell you're talking about.

Second off, when warning someone for trolling, it's best not to troll in the actual warning. o_o;

Ah yes, but see, we know the staff has/had ego problems (not to name anybody *coughpondyhieicough*), we all know that. But still, they get the job done. Now, there's a member, on every forum, that has problems with staff. The only thing is, if you have a good staff, and 99% of the members don't care about their flaws, just leave them alone.

What he's trying to say, is that Pondy had a reason. And most other members would have just accepted the warn because they knew what they did and wouldn't have complained.

He didn't leave a specific link to the incident where the trolling occured.

Okay, I look and see your question has been answered. When warning, staff should most definitely never troll the member, and they should also give a link to where the rule infringement has occured. Pondy did neither, although in general, most of the staff follows the aforemeantioned rules. There's no more reason for this topic, now is there?

Kaden, stop. Either say something constructive or just stay quiet. You aren't helping. You can't force anyone to close the topic, so stop saying it. This is your only warning.

Yes, for the first time I agree. IF is not the only one that needs to do the job. I get warned and I am told what I did wrong, but shoudn't I be advised to improve my self?

Richie, if you want to know SO bad what it is you did wrong, you posted a topic with the title "Tentacle Porn." Whether you think it's wrong or not, the staff thinks it's wrong. It doesn't matter how much you complain about it, or how not "wrong" you think it is. Nobody gives a fuck. Your warn level's where it is for a reason, and for that reason, it's staying that way. Give it up.

Now thats a problem, sorry I didn't catch that earlier. But I still stick to my opinion.

If you get a warning, it's kinda self-explanatory that you need to shape up..

If you don't know why you have gotten a warning, then the simple and obvious choice of action would be to PM the person who gave you said warning, I know it sounds crazy, but just try it, it really does work :o

You basically said yourself that you knew this would turn into some random pointless arguement, so don't make the topic, unless you are trying to start flames, which is; in my views; almost exactly like trolling, if not plain out trolling

Okay, I gave Richie the warning point because AL-X took it away for no apparant reason. What Trace warned him for was solid, and because AL-X is biased towards Richie, he lowered Richie's warn level back down. I just put it where it should be, which is why I didn't need to add a link, Trace already provided one.

Calling people stupid, though weak, is still a form of flaming. I appreciate you undoing Ax-L's edit though.

Unreal has a great point. Instead of aimlessly targeting the staff, aim for the staff member who warned you. You save us from the spam that way.

I'm pretty sure he warned you for the warning that Hiei took off. If you'd like a better explanation, why are you saying "you guys" and why not just ask the one who warned you (King)?
