Meh, isn't that a bit unfair for countries. schouldn't they get more money for members? or like give them more per territory, cause like, if that have 6 members, but lose a territory, then they get like a double wammy of the lose territory and they have to PAY money every week...

I think the reasoning is that if they have more members, they ought to get more territories. it makes sense to me.
