The rules say that in making them they are the same as normal characters. Does that mean that they get 2500 G and a free E rank weapon, and a Custom weapon if they're promoted?

Incidentally, I'll have my unit lists for you probably sometime tomorrow morning. It would probably take me about half an hour after I found out about the NPC weapons, but I'm too lazy to do it tonight. <_<
