Title: Depression

I'm willing to bet everyone has had onr of those days where life seems unbearable. well today was one of those days for me. Well for people who don;t know the real me my personality is cold, I don't like to get involved with people I like to stay in my "Comfort zone", I tend to stay away from large crowds. And well I only have a few friends but they are the ones i'll ever need. But as I was saying, I was deppressed all day, I didn't want to see anyone. I couldn't even talk to anyone at work. About 3 hours into my shift the girl at work (Heather) Asked me what was wrong, And I explained my situation to her, by the time I was done i was nearly in tears ( I hate crying, It makes me feel weak.). But I was glad she was there becuase she talked to me and calmed me down she gave me a hug and kissed my forehead and told me everything was going to be alright, Well then my shift ended and I went home happy.

I wan't to know if anyone has a person that make thier day a whole lot better by just talking to them?

All the time.

As soon as people open up, they can vent out whatever's bothering them. It's the all-natural cure to depression.

I second Sara. It happens to me far more than people believe. ^^ It feels so much better to finally open up to someone and vent, doesn't it?

It does.... But to thse of us who have a lot of pride... It's not easy for me. I think the reason i listened to her was because of our very good friendship.. I hate having mixed feelings, the only one who will really understand this is probably Strike...

Anyone I know will tell you that I'm a stubborn, proud ass. :lol: I had a lot of trouble letting go, as well, but after trusting one person with your problems, you can most likely go to them again and again. Just don't make it too much of a habit. Sometimes they get annoyed. ^^''

Ask her if she minds before you tell her stuff like that again, just to make sure. I'm sure she won't mind, though. Everyone likes to know if they're trusted that much.

I'm like that a lot. I'm one of those people that doesn't tell people how I'm really feeling a lot of the time (other than a few people); but I just take comfort in talking to people in general... like, they just naturally makes me happy, depending upon how depressed I am. If strongly depressed then I'll go to 1 or 2 of 3 people.

Anyway, glad your friend helped Kakashi. It isn't easy when someone is depressed..

For some reason, Sara always knows when I'm sad. However, I got good at hiding it from her; I hate sharing my feelings.

Women=Like sharing.
Men=Hate sharing.

You think you're proud? On the Seven Sins test thing I had medium or low scores on everything except Pride - Very High. My twisted, illogical, utterly nonsensical pride nonetheless forms the foundation of my entire character. Scary thought, isn't it? ^_^

And Alex is very right.

:o ... Ehehe. Sara seems to know when I'm sad, too. >_>;; But she's one of the three people I run to for help anyways...

I understand completely. Except I just hold everything in forever. In twenty years, it'll turn into cancer, and then I can cut it out and be done with it. ^_^

So, you gonna see this girl?

I Have a Sandwich - July 5, 2006 04:20 AM (GMT)
I can't really relate. Ask anyone I actually know. Nothing ever gets me down. I don't let. Sadness is my bitch.

KuraiKitsune - July 5, 2006 05:09 AM (GMT)
Hahahaha; that's true, isn't it? I've never seen you sad. ^_^

Taoma - July 5, 2006 07:35 AM (GMT)
Whenever i'm feeling sad, I usually hide it with my randomness... I'm not random all the time, Kurai knows this now ^^;;

But when I do feel like sharing it with someone, it's usually Ryouhei, unless this problem involves him, otherwise, I keep it to myself...

I guess i'm just naturally happy. :D

Dragon_Tam3r - July 5, 2006 01:29 PM (GMT)
Meh, I get like that every now and then, depending on what happens, I'll usually just get my favorite games, (I have a section of games meant to be played ONLY for times like that), or I'll get some music and go to like a small gym/punching bad outside, but yeah, usually just alone time can either heal it, or make it worse, best thing to do is just talk to someone, if you're that concerned about crying in public, that's totally fine, a lot of people are like that, I feel like that sometimes, not usually though.

If ya get that way decently often, then talk with a good friend, maybe even like a decent relative you don't see that often, one of my friends tried that once, and he felt a lot better, and got to know his uncle alot better. If you live near any fish filled river/pond/lake, then buy a cheap rod, check which fish live there, and get some bait that goes with the fish, and spend the day fishing, it's always a good stress reliever to me, even better if you have a friend to go fishing with too, so then you have someone to talk to while you wait for the fish to bite.

Depression makes your brain shrink. Seriously.

Damnn my overbearing self confidence! *shakes fist at freinds who never beat an emo streak into him*

But seriously, I don't. Sometimes I like being alone, but not alone, if you catch my drift.

You probably don't.
