Guys, I really think everyone's getting too into all the drama here. Scaring off a new member, two bannings of semi-active members in two days, all the fighting... it's just one big mess. And, it wouldn't even be as bad if it wasn't escalating by the day. We really need to be more welcoming, more tolerant of everyone, whether we personally like them or not. It's... frustrating... disappointing, to say the least. I know you're all capable of much more than this. We're all sinking to a much lower level... for what reason? Why are we all so tempermental lately?

Please, we all need to try and clean up our acts. This means: no flaming (even if trolled), being more tolerant of n00bs' grammar and faults (because we all have them), and just trying to be an overall better person.

If you feel like you absolutely have to flame, please contact me. I don't mind having people yell at me, honestly, and I'll do whatever I can to help you.

I really don't want to have to physically intervene in these... mine-fields, so to speak. I will, if necessary, though. I want to help this place get better, and I'll do it by any means possible.

My suggestion? Have the drama tuned to certain hours of the day, and set a server time to make it easier for board users to watch any drama or partake in any they desire. Making it easier, and satisfying most of the populus of the board.

I agree with Trace. These bannings were of members who deserved it. Banshee's had it coming for a long time. A really long time. Richie just kept spewing that FEF RP bullshit wherever he went, that was fucking annoying, not to mention spam > mixty(in the olden days).

Alright, FEW is just a big group of lovey dovey people. But seriously, if you take out the people who cause trouble, you get no trouble. The bannings of semi-active members in the past two days are well justified, and I have nothing against them. However, all this drama isn't really a bad thing. It sturs things up, get's people posting. In the past few weeks, there's been a lot of posting, and a lot of action by the staff. That's good for the forum, and I don't see any problems starting up today.

I never thought about it that way...oo. So all this drama has been helping FEW all this time. XD...just not when it leads to spamming/flaiming/and trolling. >> Other then that it keeps things interesting and puts the staff on its toes.

I'm not sure about the member that got scared off, but if people get banned, they usually get banned for a reason. They deserved the bannings if you ask me, no need to get fired up about it. If you're still upset about it, I'd suggest taking it up by PM since more topics like these will turn out for the bad.
