-_- I sense this topic has nothing to do with the name. Bosco is trying to get at the fact that FEW is turning into a graphix forum now. Although like 15 people actualy do the graphics...

That's the point exactly. The topic for adding the graphics forums wasn't left open long enough for arguement. I just think that before, the forum looked WAY too stretched, and now it's just too much. The new grpahics forums should be taken out, they just don't work on this forum.

But I don't think that GFX is taking over, I just think there is so much disagreement in the RPG that many people (Me) decided to just not take part in the War part of FEW. Hell, I've got two topics for GFX drop no one even judged. *Nudge nudge* Thats not the sign of a take over to me.

Now... How about Fire Emblem Spriters? Has a nice ring to it eh?

Fire Emblem Graphix sounds bad. It sounds really bad. Denied.

Not to mention, FEG looks way too much like FAG.

The name has already been taken at a place where they have sprites as good as you :-O. It was hard to beilive that any of them could match your skill, but I guessed they proved themselves.

The point is, that this is now more of a GFX forum than a FE forum. I say we need to take away the newest graphics section added on to FEW... for many reasons.

1. Too many forum categories as is, so why make it worse?
2. 'HEY GUYS! I GOT AN IDEA! DURRR! Let's make add a graphics section so we have forums that don't have anything to do with our theme!
3. What percentage of the forum actually posts in the current graphics forum? A very, low percentage, and most people that aren't in the RPG are just fine with the general chat forums. There's no need to use the graphics forums to 'increase activity,' or 'give members not in the RP something to do.'

I have to agree with Kaden here.... There comes a point in time when the number of Categories exceeds the max for a non-cluttered looking forum... That time is long past for FEW, and adding the Graphix Forum definitely added to the clutter... I don't really think an entire Graphix Category is really necessary... The Graphix Competition forum's already big enough. It's just unnecessary clutter...

I say we just bring back the buttons at the top of the forum for the GFX forums. Both categories involving GFX. And maybe the text RP, too.

But if we do that, the members who do GFX are gonna ignore them, thus, there's no point to them.

The buttons were gay, I hated them from Day one.

I say we just get rid of the newly added Graphix section... If people want resources and renders and brushes and such, they'll do what they were already doing and find it themselves, plain and simple. It's just not necessary.

Alright, I think the majority has it here, the newly added graphics forums should be removed. It shouldn't take more than 10 seconds to scroll from the top of the page to the bottom. << The forum is just too stretched. Now, if you want to make another forum that's a 'partner' forum, feel free, then you can move all the graphics and sprites over there. But it's just too crowded.
