Can we get a topic in the war room listing every current battle and which timestamp they're on, instead of checking every topic?

Also, what is the exp formula and coding for the table with the units? If I know that much, I can judge War Room fights as well.

That should be accurate. As for your second question, the EXP formula for is [2(Enemy Level - Your Level) + 20] for hitting regardless of whether you do damage or not, and [2(Enemy Level - Your Level) + 50] for defeating a unit. There is no EXP if you don't hit anyone.
