Title: War Room Tacts

We have many battles to be done, yet none are happening. So, can we get neutral tacts to do any battles that Countries can't do? I'd like to see these get done before I die.
And if they aren't done, the rpg dies and a reset comes, and no one wants that.

The reason it's taking so long to get them done is because Alex was gone for about a week. They should be getting done soon. Get your unit lists done ASAP. If Alex's band is involved in your battle send them to Grondy, and if Ilia is inolved send them to Alex.

Sooo...Kakashi seems to be willing to be a neutral tact. I'm willing to tact neutrally...mostly.
If no admin has any problem, let's just do it like this.

Additional info is for things like preferences. Let's say...i'm with Bern, so I'd never tact against, cause I'd make sure Bern won. Or, let's say I'm good friends or Treatised with another country. Same deal.
On the other hand, let's say I hate Ilia. (I don't, just example :P ) I'm not a good tact cause I'd give in to the enemy to weaken them.
