As you may have gathered from the title I am starting production of my own turn based stratagy game.

I have taken the time think through this for a while to determine where I would like to go with its story, and how I would like to implement weapons of my own creation to characters. If you have ever played anything like the Fire Emblem series, you know what I am talking about and the path I want to walk - but I am not by any means wanting to follow the same story plot. I want to take this type of game to a new level, if only a step higher.

In this story I thought it would be intresting to have a world where you are not only battling in your world, but others through a rift in time. Darkness and light must have each other to survive and should one flurish the other would wither. So I thought instead of having one battle among countries in your world, why not have a war among worlds for eternal reign over a single reality.

What I want to implement into this game is not you play as the side I want you to play, and it is not decided from the start which side would win. I would like to implement a world select option. You could pick the light side..you could pick the dark side to fight for eternal reign. Each side could have their own unique, yet intwined stories. Each side could have their own members with their own personalities and the sides could have classes that are owned by only them, giving each side a trump card class.

What would a game be with one threat though? Why not throw into the mix a third party, from either world it doesn't matter which..that doesn't want your home to survive, doesnt't want your world to reign supreme eternally, what if they wanted to end both sides and rule the one reality himself? Would the light and dark side take up arms against a common enemy, or would their be a three way war? The possibilities are limitless and all we need is a team of people to make this happen.

Currently I am looking for programmers with a decent knowledge of programming of course.

k giez, i mad stury, will u plz mak gam 4 me plz?

You have no solid plot, just a bunch of "this would be cools" and you ask for someone to do everything, EVEN THE PLOT. Lamezors.

Now the buttons for me to reply pop up. >> Great.

Anyway. I'l clear this up right now.

I am NOT wanting people to do everything for me despite how it seems. If that was the case I would asked somone here to make the game and come up with all its ideas. But I didn't I am simply searching for team-mates...not slaves.

Yeah, thats pretty much everything, and I'm counting the sub categories which fall into those. But let me guess, you get to be the guy that decides what stays and what goes after everyone has made it so you think that makes it your game, right? Funny. You are asking people to make the game for you. If you really wanted to make YOUR game you would get off your ass, learn how to do something contributing to it other than "story", and THEN maybe find some guys after you've already done what you can with it.

You're just lazy, pure and simple, you're too lazt to learn how to make codes/sprites/maps/or even the story it would seem. First post in a brand new forum isn't usually the best idea to even make this kind of topic in the first place.
